We’re very happy with LangShop! The support team is super helpful and responsive. The AI translation feature works great, and having a glossary to manage specific terms is extremely useful. A great app to use for translations within Shopify.

LangShop is the best application in its class. It allows for bulk translations and lets us automate product translations with ease. Compared to other translation apps, this is a huge time saver. The few times when we needed to talk to their support, their live chat was always very helpful.

The best translation app, after testing a lot of them! Easy to set up and the translations are accurate. Really helpful for expanding to international markets. The interface is user-friendly and customer support is responsive and very helpful. Thank you LangShop!!!

After trying dozens of translation apps this functions the best. You can catch all the translation errors via glossary, the translations are smart and you can specify what exactly you need to translate (urls yes / no, etc) Best translating app for us!

Actually a useful tool – unfortunately with bugs: - Meta fields were translated even though they were classified as “untranslatable.” - These can no longer be cleaned up in the tool. - Support was contacted five times about this. They have not yet been able to resolve the issue. - The backend software is very slow; we often get the message “Sorry, something went wrong.” -> Simple shops should be able to cope with this. The software seems to be overwhelmed by more complex situations.

At the moment, it's recommended to launch translations directly from the Product section, so the metafield that you set as 'untranslated' will be not be translated while launching the translations. Absolutely Terrible Service — Don’t Waste Your Time or Money! This app has been a complete nightmare. We’ve been reporting a critical bug for over THREE MONTHS with ZERO resolution. Despite paying a premium price, the issue still persists and is wrecking our website, reputation, and sales. Support is utterly unresponsive and incompetent. If you value your business at all, DO NOT download or use this app. Save yourself the frustration, lost revenue, and headache. This company clearly does not care about their customers or delivering a working product. Avoid at all costs.

We are truly sorry you’ve been dealing with 500 Internal Server Error and understand how critical a fully functioning site is for your business. We take every report very seriously and want to get this resolved for you as quickly as possible. We’ve conducted a thorough review on our end and want to share our findings: - We can confirm that Langshop operates strictly through Shopify’s public API and Theme App Extension - no hidden or undocumented methods are used. - Our logs show that your Theme App Extension is currently disabled. When it’s off, Langshop can’t interact with your theme or trigger any changes that would lead to a server error. - A 500 status code signifies an internal server issue within Shopify’s infrastructure. Since our requests conform to Shopify’s documented workflows, and consistently succeed in other stores, the root cause is almost certainly on Shopify’s side. - Langshop operates strictly within the boundaries of the official Shopify API. We do not have access to or visibility into Shopify’s internal page rendering processes, nor do we possess tools that would allow us to diagnose such server-level issues independently. With that information, we will continue collaborating directly with Shopify’s support team to ensure they have everything needed to diagnose and fix the server-side problem. Llevo usando LangShop desde hace poco más de un mes y, hasta ahora, la experiencia ha sido muy positiva. Es una aplicación bastante fácil de utilizar, incluso desde el primer momento. La integración con la API de ChatGPT funciona muy bien y los resultados de las traducciones son realmente buenos. Además, cuentan con un sistema de glosarios que permite personalizar términos y facilitar una traducción coherente en todo el contenido. En resumen, una app intuitiva, potente y muy recomendable.

Es la mejor aplicación que puedes elegir para traducir tu web. Es fácil de usar, traduce instantaneamente todos tus productos y puedes poner reglas muy útiles de glosario
