This is such a great app! It has great additional features such as refer a friend, and offering rewards for photo and video reviews. Within the first 24 hours of installing Loox we had 16 new reviews! This level of reviews collected in the same timeframe was impossible with Trustpilot. Customer service is great too, Rotem in particular. He was able to quickly assist me with accidentally duplicated reviews.

Best review app on this app store! The value for the money is exceptional. I have tried and examined most of the review app in the app store. This one is the best one!

I’m incredibly disappointed with Loox. Despite being on a paid plan, my reviews are not showing up, and this issue has been ongoing for weeks. I reached out to their support multiple times, but the responses have been completely unhelpful and dismissive. As a business owner, I rely on timely and effective support, and Loox has failed miserably in delivering that. After weeks of frustration, I’ve decided to uninstall the app. For the price I’m paying, I expected far better service and functionality. Terrible experience overall. Do not recommend.
