Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

Been using LOOX for a while, it is great, we also really like their support always responsive which is a big reason for us to choose them too.

I freaking LOVE Loox. We've used many review apps before, and Loox is the best of all of them. Hands down. It does a great job of collecting customer reviews in the background, and as a result we get a continuous stream of reviews, which is phenomenal for our business.

I used Loox to collect reviews for my store. So far it works great! Bonus point to the Loox team for constantly adding new, solid features to Loox.

very good and easy to use. but a bit pricey for small business who doesnt have much budget. it would be good if the price's reduced a bit, maybe $5/mth option?

Loox is a great app so far. Much better than the Shopify native Product Reviews app. And the customer support staff were super helpful and friendly and able to assist me in completely removing the Shopify Product Reviews app when there were code snippets left behind.

Loox makes it so easy for customers to leave reviews and for our shop to reply! Love this app - Recommend highly!

This app is amazing! I had another review app before switching to Look and this app is FAR superior with better features overall. Easy interface overall and easy to set-up and make changes. Aesthetically I like the vibe of how this app shows up on my site too. And...it just keeps getting better with enhanced features and improvements. Would HIGHLY recommend!

Support is phenomenal! All questions were answered very promptly. Now, we just wait and see how the App runs. Mara, Channelle and many others from the support team indeed provides me with very good support. With their help, I set up the review and referral programs in no time!
