My experience so far is great.I just signed up and so far i'ts been a breeze. Looking forward to working on the app.

Good tool for gathering customer reviews. Everything is automated and view on home page with all the reviews look nice.

Stellar 5/5 support from Aya and Tal. Should be a bit easier to customize the language text strings for some of the stuff like unsubscribe links in e-mails and so fourth. Therefore 4/5 total.

Loox is an absolute must-try! It's got all the jaw-dropping features I need to take my business to the next level. And let me tell you, Laurence from their customer service team is an absolute rockstar!

Great app, also great customer support. Their customer support team was great to deal with, particularly Rotem, the customer support engineer and Aya, in customer support. The only issue I have is with the functionality and that you can't offer an incentive for text only reviews, just if the customer provides a video or image with their review. I can see the benefit of only offering an incentive for video/images, but it should be a choice depending on the businesses' situation. Other than that small thing, it's a great and simple app to use, with lots of good features and excellent customer support!

Loox is a very good review app and fits the needs of my business perfectly. Nicely priced, multiple features, and very very good customer support. Whenever I reach out, I hear back within a few hours. My guy Ken is especially helpful.

Works as described with some really great features. Support is super friendly and fast to help answer questions - thanks Rotem! My only complaint would be that the growth plan is a bit costly for a small business, however it's certainly among the best review apps out there.

This app does everything we need it to do. We've been impressed with the functionality and ease of use. Ellison from support was super helpful with an issue we had.
