We love to receive our customers feedback, using Loox reviews makes it so easy! We receive daily reviews back from our customers, it is easy to add to our website - our potential customers read the reviews and this helps for them to make choices on what to purchase.

Disclaimer that I'm using this during the free trial, so I hope this stands up to the test of time. I've enjoyed using this app thus far as it is incredibly robust. I do wish the Beginner level had even a few more basic features, as it really is so bare bones that one can almost not use this app successfully without upgrading to the Growth level. But I digress.

This app has definitely helped with making my page look much more presentable. And big thanks to Jodel from Loox for helping me with a few questions i had.

Loox is the best app for reviews on Shopify. I was especially impressed with the support that Yishai provided when we had an issue. He examined our shopify code and resolved the issue same day.

J'ai eu du mal à installer Loox, les avis clients ne s'affichaient pas sur les pages produits alors que j'ai essayé la méthode de dépannage proposée en aide et que tout a été paramétré dans ce sens. J'ai donc fait appel à l'assistance de Loox et j'ai très bien été dépanné par Cheers qui a fait preuve d'une efficacité parfaite. Encore merci !

The support staff are very responsive whenever I have questions. David updated a feature for me, so it is now automated and I don't need to spend time ensuring the implementation.
