Very easy to integrate and the reviews are formatted beautifully on various pages. Even switching to a new theme was easy. Great support too!

I think it is only right that I leave a review of the app that gets me reviews! As a shopify store owner, conversion is everything and having especially video/ photo review functionality is imperative for this. With the added fact that these reviews literally dance around your store it has truly helped with my conversions and I would definitely recommend this app to those who are struggling to convert store sessions into actual sales. Its a yes from me.

scam app, I changed my plan from essential to growth this month and I don't know it cost me over $400, I am still able to access the app now but my review history are gone it need me to pay again, really really bad experience.

Our Growth plan is a pay-as-you-grow plan that charges based on how many review request emails you send each month. This plan is designed to allow you to collect reviews from all your customers, but only pay for what you actually use. This means that during slower months you automatically pay less. In any case, Loox is designed to provide extremely high ROI on the price, not only by creating social proof that boosts conversion but also by incentivizing repeat buys with next-purchase discounts for reviewers, as well as reaching new customers via Loox Referrals. i am not satisfied with this app, after a week, I can't upload my reviews, I have found support for several days, usually, I am replied the next day, they can't fix my problems, i am really exhausted and tired, so i decide to remove it although it has a lot of good features.

There were a lot of problems. We were always paying, and the reviews suddenly disappeared .I don't know what the problem is, hope it can be adjusted as soon as possible

The easiest app to install on Shopify so far for me. Really intuitive, I'm only 2 days into the trial and I can tell that this will do wonders for the store, and has already provided some great insights into my customers thoughts (good and bad!)

LOVE this app, I switched from Yotpo and the features are in my opinion much better. Visually the reviews grid on our products page is very attractive, plus the customer video reviews functionality is a game-changer for us.

We have tested several review apps, and decided finally to go with Loox. Reasons for us were: the modern look, focus on mobile use and photos, and the relatively easy way to send requests manually. The main reason however was the good and fast support plus the offer to add a feature in a next update to handle POS sales properly. The last was crucial for us, as we are based in Germany, need to respect GDPR but most of our clients use a quick checkout... so they don't even see the checkbox for accepting marketing mails (review requests are considered marketing mails here!). Having a lot of personal contact to many customers that coming feature will certainly help us to collect a decent amount of reviews over the time.

Loox is a great review-gathering app. I have used a number of other apps, but Loox has absolutely helped us get more reviews on our site more than the others by far!
