The app is incredibly polished, and has an excellent support staff (thank you Josh and Abby!) There are a couple small annoyances - it's pricy and customers can only upload one photo/video, but all in all it's worth it. Bravo, Loox.

The app is pretty intuitive and is perfect for social proofing. Also the photo reviews will come in handy.

The customer support is really helpful. The app has it all what needed to build trust. I was still on the trial plan but already saw that it is worth it. The app has generated some reviews for my past orders. The support is super fast and helpful. They even do some manual work for me to help me fix some issues. Thank you!

Used other apps this is the only one that’ seems to get customers to actually respond. Had a tech issue and it was dealt with very quickly, Channelle responded to my queries almost immediately and went back to my query without issue even when I asked for more help outside of what was possible. Honestly, great customer service from her, very patient and knowledgeable. The best review app I have tried by far. Thanks Guys

This is by far my favorite review in the shopify app store. It's got so many cool features and functions and very user friendly. The customer support at Loox is amazing especially when had an issue with making the review widgets fit nicely within the framework of our store site. The image reviews look great and the automatic emails to customers works like a charm. thank you cliqonu

It's a great way to reconnect with the customers - I love the customization option and the ability to reply directly to the customer. It really builds confidence for the buyer when making a purchase on our store.

Great app for my small business. Easy and seamless setup and installation. Looks good on the website with the customisable design and it's easy to import reviews from old website. Only bad thing is that it doesn't upload reviews from Facebook or Google.

A brilliant app when you want to set something up yourself. Very easy to use! I now have reviews and a full referral system set up which I did all by myself.

I used Loox for roughly a year and I never had any problems with it. The only reason I switched to a free app is because my customers don't seem to be that interested in leaving photo reviews (even with the discount offer) and our budget is very limited at the moment. If you can afford it, definitely go with Loox! Shout out to Chester who helped me with an issue after uninstalling the app. He responded to my service request within minutes and had the issue resolved immediately... on a SUNDAY. Thank you!! Best customer service ever. :)
