Its a good app for regular use although I believe that the subcription price is a bit too much and needs to be decreased.

This app is phenomenal! What truly sets this app apart is its outstanding support team. They are super fast and incredibly helpful, always ready to address any concerns or queries. I've never experienced such responsive and efficient customer support before, and it makes using the app an absolute pleasure.

I am so pleased with this App. It makes my online store look more professional and credible. After a purchase, customers get an automated follow up email prompting them to write a review and then are offered a discount off their next order. I am very pleased with the automation because it will drive my conversion rate up even more!

Very easy to use. Once added to bookmark you can copy about any review from any seller. Fast and efficient. Gives you the options on the reviews you want to Accept and Reject. Love it :)

Loox UI/UX is so much better than any other review app I have used. To me, that is so important for a review app. I just need reviews, and a way to get them efficiently. I have had frequent calls with leadership to continue to make their product better, they really care about the end user. Highly recommend.

I'm only 24 hours or so into using the software but I have to say, I'm already loving it. I did a bunch of research comparing several of the major Review apps (Loox, Okendo, Judge.me, Junip, Stamped, etc...). My single biggest criteria was user experience for both myself (admin side) and my customers (reviewer side), and after seeing LOOX's demos it felt very clear. 24 hours in and I can say I feel like I 100% made the right choice. The setup is smooth as butter, widgets and media/content look great, and the leave-a-review flow/experience couldn't be better. Very happy with it. Thank you!

Great app! I've used other review apps that allow ratings only and those got me nothing but trolls. This app makes people give high-quality reviews with photos and videos.
