It's a great way to reconnect with the customers - I love the customization option and the ability to reply directly to the customer. It really builds confidence for the buyer when making a purchase on our store.

Great app for my small business. Easy and seamless setup and installation. Looks good on the website with the customisable design and it's easy to import reviews from old website. Only bad thing is that it doesn't upload reviews from Facebook or Google.

A brilliant app when you want to set something up yourself. Very easy to use! I now have reviews and a full referral system set up which I did all by myself.

I used Loox for roughly a year and I never had any problems with it. The only reason I switched to a free app is because my customers don't seem to be that interested in leaving photo reviews (even with the discount offer) and our budget is very limited at the moment. If you can afford it, definitely go with Loox! Shout out to Chester who helped me with an issue after uninstalling the app. He responded to my service request within minutes and had the issue resolved immediately... on a SUNDAY. Thank you!! Best customer service ever. :)

Does what it's supposed to and it even does it very well. The cheapest plan is affordable and provides all the necessary functions for a small ecommerce.

Better get another app, because Loox app is veryyyy expensive. You always pay $ 35 for 300 emails. A month can quickly accumulate a large sum. The app works well and the support is very quick. The settings are very easy

I found Loox pretty easy to set up. I love the fact that the review request emails are automated, and include the product that the customer purchased to take them straight to that page. It's also great that you can choose a timeframe that suits best. I would recommend this app.

Very good app, can show your reviews up everywhere from product pages to your home page. I had trouble adding this app to my site, however, I emailed the team and they added it straight away for me. Particularly thanks to Mara who sent me a video on how to show up the reviews I had integrated over from a different app I had been using.
