The product is great, but the customer service is even more fantastic! They are quick to respond. One time, they went above and beyond to fix something not even related to their app. Highly recommend!

That app it's great, and everyone using knows. But what is the best of all, it's customer support. Fast, Knowledgeable and best of all, when I could not figure out what was wrong, they fix it! Extremely satisfied with the support I received! Customer support add review page and the star reviews on other 3 pages.

Great and fast technical support. Like all applications, at the beginning you have to ask for help from support since you need adaptations with your theme, do not be scared, contact them and in a matter of hours you have it solved. In prestashop you could be waiting for the app technician for 2 weeks without answers. As for opinions, I've been in use for a few days but it's going great and it's optimized so that the web is just as fluid as when you don't have the app. Very good job, I could only ask that the essential and basic options be merged since a freelancer is a bit expensive to pay more than 10 euros per month, otherwise, fantastic work, thanks Loox.

I think the initial set up is better, more in-depth, and even simpler than the other few I've tried. This has the most options and website best integration. It also looks the best. Glad I switched.

I really love the customer support helping me set up the app to work as intended. I just switched from another review app after 4 years, because this one has a photo option as well as the look of the display is nicer.
