Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

I think this plugin is a good one, but it would be nice to have support for uploading multiple images. It is hoped that such an upgrade will be available in the future.

Amazing app that has a lot to offer. So far the best and the smoothest reviews and referral app. The UI is very user-friendly and easy to use. Highly recommended.

So far so good, and customer service is fast and provide excellent customer service. A lot to play with, but fun to watch. As of right now, im happy!

I'm still on the 14 day trial and so far it works as advertised. Easy set-up and exporting reviews was simple.

Loox is the best review app on the market. Been using for years with multiple ecom stores and always looks great.

2023: Works great. Maybe a little early to draw a cohesive conclusion, but compared to the reviews app in Vitals this works much better, both on the customer end (adding reviews, getting reward, receiving mails), and administering and displaying the reviews. UPDATE 2025: We contacted Loox to get a feedback on why they haven't informed us clearly enough how much the additional orders would cost us or why the haven't moved us over to the Unlimited plan. Since this isn't displayed clearly in the app itself, only when you go through the Shopify bill this hasn't caught our attention until now, leaving us with a total bill to Loox this year at $USD 9959.76… On their website or in the app itself they do not inform users about the "Unlimited" plan (299$ per month) that is shown in the Shopify App Store. When I flagged this to the chat support I was very quickly stopped and moved over to email and the chat was reset. So if you're wondering why Loox is doing so well? Look for the fine/hidden print in the plan.
