Great app, easy to use, and it really helps to attract more sales! especially it allows my customers to upload photos, which is really important!

他のツールを使った事がありませんが、メール送信機能、カスタマイズ機能、などほとんどの事で不満がありません。写真収集に特化しているので、お客様の写真投稿が増え、WEBサイトが非常にリッチになります。個人的にはインスタグラムに投稿してもらうよりも価値が高いと感じています。

After trying several different review apps, I can confidently say Loox was able to provide my store with the best solutions by far. The review request response rate and the % of reviews that include an image are incredibly high. Being both cheaper and way more productive than any other apps I have used before, makes it a no-brainer.

Really helped improve our image after we changed owners and started growing. Lots of options for setting up the email reminders and uses a separate email list than our marketing does.

Unbelievable - Here on the app page it says the basic version is 9,99 - once downloaded the basic price is suddenly 14,99 - with hardly anything included. Sorry for me the app has already lost trust by just installing it - they should correct the prices in the app store in the first place. Of course I deleted it right away
Hey, Dor from the Loox team here. I'm sorry to hear about what you've experienced! Please note that Loox offers several different plans for stores at different stages of their Shopify journey. Additionally, all Loox plans have the option of adding the Loox Referrals feature, which has an additional fee to the monthly payment, depending on the plan you're on. However, it is not mandatory and you can definitely still enjoy the Basic plan without referrals for $9.99/month. In any case, I've reached out to you privately to try and solve this together :)

Very easy to use app and the customers are responding well to it! Also Support was lightning fast when I was having trouble coding. And I only have the Basic. Really impressed!

Loox is a great app to easily get reviews and display them on my websites. I definitely feel it helped me to attract more traffic. However, for a small starter, I would say its a bit pricy,
