Hidden charges at ridiculous rates. $35/300 emails? Ended up paying over $200 last month for this app. More than Shopify itself. Worst part is their lack of transparencies on the fees. You'll just get slapped with it. Get a different app.

Our Growth plan is a pay-as-you-grow plan that charges based on how many review request emails you send each month. This plan is designed to allow you to collect reviews from all your customers but only pay for what you actually use. This means that during slower months you automatically pay less. So easy to use, not complicated at all. Really quick solution to get heaps of genuine reviews and referrals.
We were using a different review platform prior to Loox. Our rate of reviews has dramatically increase as has the percentage of reviewers opting to include a photo or video. Highly recommended.

I don't think there's much to say, stable, reliable, great UI, and when you have a new store, just brainlessly choose LOOX.
Great review app so far, was simple to import reviews from my old app and it looks great on my store. Excellent customer service, helped revolve a problem quickly and easily!
