I cannot begin to explain how much I have been struggling with multiple review apps week after week, trying, failing quitting!! I stumbled upon Loox today and within minutes I had the review app I have been dreaming of! No need to know coding, once installed Loox did it all automatically which I am extremely happy about. I wrote in for help importing reviews and Channelle literally answered me in seconds. Fantastic customer service with step by step information for us non-PC-savvy folks!! Thank you Channelle and thank you Loox for making this awesome app. I really am over the moon, your site makes me feel clever!! My advice for anyone looking for a good review app... Do it!

So far so good! Customer service is excellent, Channelle helped me upload my reviews without losing Norwegian special characters, so she saved me a headache. Looking forward to discover all this app's features.

Used loox for an over 8 months now and had a great experience. No complaints what’s so ever. Very intuitive to use. Customer support is also fantastic. I worked with Channelle to fix 2 issues on my store and the service was excellent and timely! Couldn’t recommend more

We have been using this app for about 9-10 months, and are very happy with the performance of the app. Giving only 4 stars because I wish there was a cheaper plan available that allows removal of the Loox branding.

So far so good! Great to be able to upload comments from other platforms. Would LOVE if reviews somehow connected with google reviews seamlessly!

Easy to use and integrates simply with Shopify. And now I have to say a bunch of silly crap to reach 100 words. First review - change that feature on your own review request.
