Love Loox! The customer service is outstanding—they responded super quickly and provided clear, step-by-step instructions that made importing my Etsy reviews simple. This app seamlessly pulls everything together so all my reviews are neatly organized under the right products instead of scattered across different places. This has made managing and displaying them on my store so much smoother and more professional-looking. Highly recommend Loox.

I have been using this application for 2 months. I do not recommend it! I selected the Scale plan and after some time I noticed that in addition to the amount related to the plan they charged me another 40 dollars. I studied a little and saw that they charge a commission for each order!! From my point of view it is not normal for them to charge you as an affiliate without doing anything for those orders. Be careful!!! As for support, they did not respond to any messages. The application is ok but very difficult to set up, they do not offer help. In short, they associate with you in the business and make you do nothing. I decided to uninstall it.
