We’re very happy with Loox! Once we reached out, Izza P quickly helped us get everything resolved and made the solutions clear. The support was friendly, professional, and truly above expectations. One of our favorite features is the ability for customers to earn percentage discounts on future purchases and share their reviews directly to social media, all within the review process. It’s beautifully designed and easy to use. Loox is an excellent review service, and we’re proud to use it for Katherine Home!

Super useful to promote my small business. Cosmic Nexxus sell beauty care products, and this app is for sure the best to promote my small business. I'm waiting forward to make good profits with the use of this.

Instant reviews when we switched over while we had received 0 over several months with an unnamed competitor. Then we made a base product change which caused all of our mockup images to not match with the review requests and already received reviews. Contacted support which ouch said they'd get back by email. Well surprise, they did almost immediately and continued to follow up with multiple messages over the next hour. And within that hour Jen from support had somehow remapped all of our products to the new id, all images matching, problem solved. Very happy with the results so far and extremely responsive support.
