We recently moved from a super clunky referral platform. It was hard to use and never looked good therefore never delivered any ROI for us. We launched Loox quickly and really easily - it looked attractive and was easy to use with templates and support. We received over 40 reviews in the first week which was amazing to understand customer feedback but also to quickly populate our website with some amazing reviews & photos. As a bonus, the referral programme has also delivered in two weeks what the other platform didn't in 6 months. Super happy!

The built-in camera and open-ear audio are standout features. I love being able to capture point-of-view photos and videos hands-free, whether I’m hiking, cooking, or playing with my kids. The voice command integration with Open AI is responsive and surprisingly intuitive. Music and calls sound clear, even in mildly noisy environments, and I can still hear what’s going on around me.

Loox has provided us a valuable platform for our customers to share their feedback easily, efficiently and the aesthetic view integrates cohesively into our website. It's also very intuitive to use which is a game changer. We have had a few questions along the way too and CS Support including Doley L and Molly K have been very helpful in caring for our needs right away. They clearly wanted to assist us with our issue which is a service in today's web apps that stands out above the rest. We couldn't ask for more and look forward to continued improvements by the Developer.
