I have looked to find cancelation section on the app but there is no cancel part! I have deleted the app and left a note that I want to cancel my subscription before finishing free trial. I have gotten charged today!!!

The emailers are extremely costly and even after disabling their email service, we are being charges continuously. We’d highly recommend you opt for better and cheaper alternatives than Loox. It isn’t worth the cost they charge & they also restrict you from using other email service providers to limit everything to themselves & to keep things in their own control. Nor worth the price you pay !
