LoyaltyLion Loyalty Program

Pretty great app, although it could use some more out of the box rules/rewards. Implementation support was helpful, and the actual work was pretty straightforward. Would be nice if we could import mass point additions to customer through csv, but support will do it for you.

Was excited when we started using this, but then it does not offer what we did compared with its competitors. This is also getting so much spam accounts.

We paid a premium for their best plan and highest level of implementation help. Unfortunately the program is still not working and the message I just got from customer service was: "we are UK based and it is now Friday evening, therefore the developers will not be able to do this until after the weekend." I do wish that I could cancel the plan and get my money back. Unfortunately I was foolish enough to pay for a year upfront. The tragedy is that the platform really does show some promise--the failure is mostly with the support staff and how they deal with issues, and the lack of support outside of UK business hours.

Great instant feedback on any issues. The ability export at risk customers for marketing use is incredible.

The dashboard is really easy to understand and, with the help from the very friendly and knowledgeable Kasia from the Customer Success team, we were able to get the programme set up very quickly. I look forward to seeing what our customers think!

Before signing up for Loyalty Lion I took the time to research all of the other major players in the marketplace. All other apps had a functionality deal breaker. This app does it all, and does it well. It's absolutely amazing. It took only an hour or two to launch (under a week to fully integrate seamlessly). The pre launch support team was outstanding. They took the time to understand our business, and our goals for the program. That walked us through all options to insure we configured for optimal results. The dev team was extremely helpful with configuring the app and troubleshooting challenges that other integrations caused. Thanks to their assistance we have a fully integrated, seamless rewards program. We love it!

Very happy using LoyaltyLion to drive retention. The app works smoothly and is easy to customize. Been very pleased with their support team as well. Huge plus to utilize Flow with it. 5 stars all day.

I wanted to love this app but it didn’t work well for us in the long run. We used it for one year. What I loved about it was the customer engagement and buy-in. Customers LOVED getting points for purchases. What I didn't love was partially a limitation of Shopify -- you may only use one discount per cart -- and that meant our customers couldn't combine discounts. Apparently that's not a problem if you're on a Shopify PLUS plan, which we are not. I have seen great strides made during the last year improving the app and making it easier to use and faster to use. If we were a larger company I think we'd be lifelong users of this app.

I just switched, they were able to migrate all of my current point holding customers over. I like that it's free until a ceratin level of sales, not customers.

Excellent app I highly recommend. Tried multiple loyalty apps before this one and they all fell short. Excellent support - they were even able to customize the app to work with our Wholesale program! They even offer on-boarding and quarterly advice on how to best run your loyalty program. We fully expect that this new loyalty program is going to drive our sales and boost our bottom line, while delighting our customers. Thank you Loyalty Lion!

Very happy with Loyalty Lion! Set-up and installation was super easy! The Loyalty Lion staff are very responsive and easy to work with. App is easy to manage and our customers love it.

Very expensive and all the better features are more. That being said it is worth the money. It is a great program and offers a lot of features that make it worth the cost. I do wish the in cart additions and a bit more customization was available but I do enjoy the customer service and it makes the program valuable.

I have tried MANY reward apps! This is the *absolute best* Reward program out there for shopify store owners in my opinion. I never write reviews (I know I should) but I am so in love with this app and how I get to specify the exact features I want to use and pay for, and the ones I do not need to save money. Other reward apps will only allow for like 50 orders in their base plan, or 50 new customers. Problem with that is the orders who only buy a single small value item; or if based on just new customers, then most of them are signing up for the program for points, but not buying anything. I love this app because it's absolutely free no matter how many customers/orders you have, but you get to choose your own plan of how to reward the customers, which is also really affordable! An example: Pay $10/month, you get a feature added to reward customers for reviews they make; Pay another certain amount a month, you get a feature added to reward customers for their birthdays. There are a ton of ways to customize this app, and I adore it so much! Please keep up the amazing work, LoyaltyLion!

We shopped a lot of different loyalty programs. LL was the best for Shopify by far. The integration is seamless and it works with Klaviyo and Recharge.

We tested a bunch of loyalty apps and this one was the best by far. They all operate somewhat similarly, converting points to discount codes, but Loyalty Lion is great because it displays the customer's points right from the widget. Kasia and her team were super responsive during the trial period to get us up and running and answer every question we had. Highly recommended.
