Their support team is amazing! Had a change of address and after speaking to so many experts, the Mailchimp support person Dean was the only one who stuck through 3 disconnects, sifted through two accounts and helped us resolve our issue. Just AMAZING! Thanks for the dedication and commitment to get it right!

I've been using this app for years to connect to my MailChimp account and it works great. I ran into a glitch when I created a new audience in MailChimp and couldn't get The connection changed to the new audience. Which meant I couldn't use a Shopify purchase as a trigger in a new automation. Long story short, Dean at customer support was super helpful when I reached out using the chat option. I even disconnected a couple times by accidentally closing the wrong window. Each time I signed back into a new chat, Dean would find me and continue where we left off. Stellar support! Highly recommend this app if you want to connect your store to MailChimp.

Such a predatory pricing structure. Klaviyo's pricing was more upfront and honest, plus open rates DOUBLED. We've been with Mailchimp for 12 years, it's no longer king of email since it was acquired.

As far as assistance through the chat in Mailchimp, Dean was great. I did get lost for a minute in my many windows but was able to chat back up with Dean. They were able to sort out my question and assure me that I was well on my way.

The app was having issues syncing, but customer service was great, and helped me considerably with our core issue of fake sign-ups. This was Jovanna, and very clever in how to sort fake contacts and block the problem in the future.

I was struggling to integrate the app as we had two Mailchimp accounts competing to link to the same Shopify store. Lori was great and showed me how to disconnect one and set it all up correctly. Also loving the new in-depth interface!
