Been trouble with sync and integration from day one. The support at MailChimp havent done anything to solve our trouble, been in contact with them daily. Wasted enough time to get help from MailChimp. Stay away!!

Great support very responsive. NADZ was very helpful resolving my tag syncing issue and answering various other questions about the integration between Shopify and Mailchimp.

Excellent app for our growing store, and exceptional customer service and support from Sher to help work through a sync issue we were encountering. Customer service is a lost art these days, and Sher went over and above to deliver for us.

The customer support or especially "TROY" was great he helped me set up my account, with which I had a small problem literally small - sometimes you just don't see those things - and he helped me set it up. I got help from Mary when I had issues with tag syncing. Even though the issue was just due to a delay in syncing and resolved itself, she was very patient and walked me through the process all the way through. Great support!
