Consistently crap, start to finish. Now Etsy isn't supported? "Etsy has changed so we don't have the ability..." "Anyway talk to a 3rd party app they can still do it." MAKE IT MAKE SENSE! Every listing, i had to talk to support. I had to reupload every listing, every new agent i had to explain exactly what had previously happened and still couldn't take my word for it, prolonging issues. I left my emails when live agents were not available over 7 times with issues, I got a response 1 time via email. Why is it the 1 thing we could get for free from shopify is now closing, pushing us towards 3rd party apps that I'm guess they get a cut of the profits...
Thanks for your feedback, Due to Etsy's recent change to their shipping partners, which has affected order data for new merchants wanting to connect with Etsy. This has led to the removal of Etsy from Marketplace Connect, this is not without attempts to resolve. We do understand the frustration and we will continue to support existing merchants where possible. Thanks, Nikki

I haven't had issues with this app, for what I have been using it has worked wonders, and the support they provide is quick and they have managed to resolve my issues, so far so good.

Excellent support! I was helped by Mark M. and he was wonderful... Knowledgeable, and ready to help with all my questions in a timely manner. The app is intuitive and easy to use. It works great!

CAREFUL! It doesnt only charge after 50 orders! It adds fees to your Shopify bill even for revenue that has nothing to do with the app!

I recently used this app and had an incredible experience! I faced some challenges aligning the app's policies with my eBay seller policies, but Mariel R. from customer service was a tremendous help. She quickly addressed and resolved all my concerns. Her support made a significant difference, and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend this app to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive tool for integrating their Shopify listings with eBay!

Great concept but fails to deliver. - Walmart marketplace connection disconnects every few days and I need to manually re-establish the connection for orders to get imported. - Etsy connection does not work anymore. @Shopify team, you have the best e-commerce, and we want to work with you. Why don't you make it easier for us? Please, charge a fee if you need to, but get it done!

eBay works fully as expected. Etsy is totally broken. Sometimes it doesn’t sync at all, new products can’t be published, and we have to write to support so they publish them manually. Sometimes the description synchronization fails. Variant images are not switchable on the Etsy side. Category mapping isn't work also and after 6 month no fix! Etsy is a constant pain. We have exchanged over 80 emails with support. Support does respond and tries to fix things, which is why I give 2 stars and not one. But offering Etsy as a feature when it hasn’t worked properly for about 6 months or keeps breaking is not fair.

Terrible, constantly having to change my eBay listings because of sync issues. Spend more time on this than it’s worth.sell rite gets my business
