I've had nothing but great customer service experiences via the Connect feature. It's been a bit rough in terms of understanding how some formulas work, and how to accurate map certain facts from Shopify to other marketplaces but for the most part the integration works spotlessly.

I had an issue with pricing as I wanted different pricing on eBay to Shopify. The issue is that eBay would show the same price as Shopify. There are a few settings that need changing for this to work, but Mike was onto it straight away, and we were sorted.

Simple and effective app that allows us to manage all orders from a single Shopify account. Noel was extremely helpful in troubleshooting any issues.

App doesn't work, throws a Error: Error creating FastCGI Client Stream when just being installed. Support tells me its fixed however its their embed that failing.

This app team has the most ignorant support team I have ever experienced in 8 years of ecommerce. Not only do they not listen, they constantly cause issues and ignore bugs on their own accord. It's not surprising that this app is cheap, because nobody in their right mind would pay for this level of service.

Supports great ! App support direct for marketplace connect. Quick and responsive. And then when in doubt uninstall and reinstall app worked without borking my hundreds of linked listings somehow :)

App literally does not even open. Pure garbage. Outrageous that they offer this. Edit: The 24h thing is a lie. It still isn't working to this day, 6 days later.
