Excellent app. have been using it for a while now and makes life so much easier and reduces my admin time. Easy to set up and connect to ebay and orders flow seamlessly to shopify and to my shipping provider. I needed help from support when I made a change to my store that caused an issue in ebay and Carlos helped me out, working through my problem until we found what the cause was and I was able to resolve it. Great service and a really happy customer here. Well done.

I've had very positive experience with this app. Whenever I had questions, I reached out to the chat function and chatted with 2 different people (Russ and Joy) and they were both extremely helpful and quick with responses. I would highly recommend!

Used for almost 12 months but uninstalled due to the insistence that “eBay” required customer details be deleted. This includes name, address, phone. Order tracking details, reviews that are left. Also means the customer can’t be merged and makes keeping track of repeat business impossible as well as trying to find orders to assist with warranties and follow up. If you value record keeping avoid this app.

A really complicated app. But with the help of the service team, I was able to start my listings on eBay. The team behind it is always helpful and super nice.

Extremely poor app with numerous bugs. It’s incredibly difficult to push products to Amazon: variants don’t appear, images fail to upload, and random errors occur without explanation. After a full month of trying to use, I seriously doubt whether it will ever work properly. Product uploads repeatedly fail, and despite weeks of trying to get support, I’ve received no meaningful feedback.

Serious bugs in Amazon order importing. When a new order comes in, it has incorrect product customization details. It seems to not work with product variations. Contacting support is like talking to a brick wall. They don’t want to help you they just want to close the ticket. So beware if you have handmade or variations don’t trust this app.

If there were an option to give negative stars, I would gladly do it. This has been by far the worst experience I have ever had with any app on Shopify — and I’ve used many. Marketplace Connect is unbelievably poor, confusing, and unreliable. The app itself feels broken and unfinished, and what makes it even worse is the support team. They seem to have zero understanding of their own app. I spent an entire month going back and forth with support, explaining the same issues again and again, only to reach ABSOLUTELY NO SOLUTION.

Absolutely shockingly bad support. Particular mention needs to go to Mariz who does not belong in customer support industry. Lazy and incompentent would be the kind way to describe her.
