Mariel is very patient , real good customer service, she is the best part of this long time invested trying to understand all of this, without her it was impossible since it is very hard for old school people . Shopify is complicated .Thank you Mariel , just because of you I am still trying Shopify.

Ho installato l'app oggi ma siccome per me è una novità sia l'app che Amazon, ho chiesto più volte aiuto all'assistenza e devo dire che sono veramente veloci e professionali. Per ora 5 stelle piene perchè per come la vedo io l'assistenza è fondamentale.

Marketplace Connect is great for connecting to Walmart Seller Central-and they have fantastic customer support people. Mark is awesome!

This app dont running very performant, the support is horrible. All imports are not correct, and only random correct. If you contact the support you get only ***** answers what are not related to the issue.

It does not respect inventory rules or quantity. I keep getting orders for items that have been sold out or that are in locations that do not support online store selling. I have tried getting a solution from their support team and have waited for 3 months for a solution and they have stopped replying to me. I am a software engineer and understand why the inventory system is failing, and have explained to them in detail the use cases how to fix this. They have yet to get back to me since January. @Shopify can you find a better partner to fulfill marketplace connections or develop it yourselves?
