Had an issue with my orders syncing and they resolved it in five minutes. Very patient, they took time to go through all my concerns and double checked I'd set up everything correctly. Very straightforward and happy its working well!

Kundenservice antwortet super schnell. Bei mir war Rain, schaut sich alles an und antwortet auf alle offenen Fragen. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der Hilfe. Vorallem ging alles sehr schnell. Top.

Had a small problem reviewing orders in Marketplace connect. Went to live chat and had the problem resolved within a couple of minutes. Good stuff.

I just got started using this app to list our items on eBay. I had an issue with listing on eBay and the live chat rep was able to quickly help. So far I've not run into any other issues.

I tried to connect to our etsy store. That app is really hard to understand, I'd say impossible. Terrible interface. Random products were exported and I could not get to the bottom why these. Bulk editing does not work. Filtering products does not really work. All in all I had to delete the app cause it was making my life harder instead of easier.

Excellent tool for connect to Amazon. It's a little tricky if you are new to selling on marketplaces but the help team is extremely responsive and will assist you with anything you need.
