This app if very glitchy. It does not list variations properely, adds extra words to your listings. The tech help is not very good.

This is a major issue, the app brings orders that have been fulfilled already back again like new just because eBay updates something the app will import a duplicate showing it's a new order after you fulfilled the order already.

I regret to say that the service and performance of the app have significantly deteriorated. For nearly a week now, I've been experiencing the following issues: Orders are no longer being synchronized. Inventory levels are not being transmitted. Prices are not being synchronized. eBay orders are still being imported, but not into Shopify, only appearing in the order overview. Amazon orders are not being imported at all. I've been told that efforts are being made to address these issues, but I have a feeling that nothing will change. This will be the reason I'll have to switch entirely to a different e-commerce platform, as other apps are unfortunately unnecessarily expensive for managing eBay & Amazon products. It's a pity, but that's just the way it is.

Excellent app and received excellent support from Thea! Was up and linked to our Amazon.ca account and products in no time. Very impressive.... can't wait for the Walmart.ca connector :-)

Not sure its worth it. Doesn't map fields with Etsy, so some of them don't get imported, others get imported wrong. I'm not sure this was worth trying out.

Defiantly install this app before you create your products on Amazon or other marketplaces if you have not already done so. It makes creating listings so much easier than going through for example AMZ marketplace app. Customer service reached out to me shortly after we installed the app and asked if we needed help onboarding or if we had any questions. I had lots and they scheduled a call and walked me through all of it.

To be honest, I thought it would be easy to sync listings to different marketplaces. So far I have been able to list my products on Etsy and eBay successfully, but I am struggling a lot with Amazon. Syncing products to Amazon has been a pain, with syncing failing due to various different reasons and for the past few weeks the Marketplace Connect page in Shopify Admin has been either super-slow (30-60 seconds per page load) or not responding at all due to Codesto API responding slowly or with a FastCGI error codes I am still trying to connect to the rest of the Amazon marketplaces internationally, but due to the page loading and sync issues it has been a painful experience so far
