The app seems a little slow in loading and a tad complicated to set up, but it's easier once you know how things work. I had a good experience with support helping me and could immediately jump on a call with them. 5* customer service.
The primary reason for apps like this were really to sync inventory with other platforms- which is great. I just wish they completely stayed away from title/description/images/media syncing until it had been market tested. This latter is so problematic on some platforms it's unusable because you can't disable this syncing with confidence. At times it over writes descriptions and titles on your other sales platforms at random leading to critical listing issues (particularly in Walmart). I spent an inordinate amount of time herding cats with constant corrections of a large catalogue. The time spent rebuilding was frankly too costly it would have been cheaper to subscribe to a proven alternative. The online support team were however incredibly responsive and helpful, but they aren't coders and can't fix these issues. If you have just a couple of listings and want a cheaper entry level, it will work fine. If you want reliable control of key listing attributes (Titles/Descriptions /Media), have a large catalogue, and want a seamless experience, then I would not recommend this app right now. Hopefully this software will get there soon, but it's not ready yet. I hope to come back and post a review if things are improved.
avoid this app. It imports the wrong tax % on every order and messes up your whole accounting or profit.

Disappointing . Glitchy with Walmart AND eBay. They should add custom app support or official BackMarket support for order management.

The app continued to push product to online marketplaces even after we archived Shopify listings and manually shut the links down. We had to cancel multiple orders because of it.
If you are a Walmart seller and plan to have different images on Shopify than on Walmart, run from this app. I connected my listings hoping to just keep my inventory levels correct. Nowhere on the instructions did it mention or warn me that it would override my Walmart photos. I checked Walmart and ALL of my SKUs images were replaced. I have very different images on Shopify vs Walmart. Now I need to spend hours going through and replacing them on Walmart. PLEASE ADD A WARNING FOR OTHERS

So far by using the app, it has taken some getting use to (me being new to it) but it is looking promising. Are able to chat with the support team and they have been very helpful to my questions (publishing and fees inquiring). This is good so far :)

It was working perfectly fine until they changed us to a new plan without notice or authorization. Now they say we have outstanding charges and ended up closing our account due to that. Now we have unhappy customers because of delays this has caused. Find a different app. People at this one are shady.
