The Etsy integration has a lot of problems. I edited things directly on Etsy because there are many properties that can't be changed in the app. However, when it syncs, it just replaces everything I changed. If it was only a few changes overwritten, I could manage, but it's over half a dozen.

I'm new to Shopify and Amazon, so as you can imagine, I have a lot of questions. Their support team helped me understand the linking process to amazon from shopify.

Worked fine for Ebay, won't connect to Walmart. We contacted tech support and they tried to get it working, but were unable to connect. Wasted a day trying to get this set up.

I've found this app to be highly effective for managing listings on Amazon, making the linking process easy and efficient. However, I've encountered some challenges when it comes to linking Etsy listings. Firstly, not all Etsy listings appear on the Link Page (Settings page), causing some difficulty. Additionally, enabling a listing in Bulk Edit mode seems to create a new Etsy listing rather than linking to an existing one. This has resulted in unexpected charges from Etsy for duplicate listings. I reached out to the support team for assistance, and while the first staff member acknowledged the issue and notified the tech team, I didn't receive any updates. When I contacted them again, the second staff member seemed unfamiliar with the situation and unintentionally created a duplicate Etsy listing, leading to an additional charge. I appreciate the effort of the support team and their willingness to assist. However, I'm still facing challenges with linking Etsy listings, and it has resulted in unexpected charges. I hope these issues can be addressed to improve the overall experience. Update: 2 weeks later, the first staff member followed up with me and the remaining unshown 2 listings finally showed up on the Link page (Ready to list). Problem solved! Thank you Shopify team!

Barely works for Etsy. I can't speak to the other integrations because I only connected Etsy and had a bad experience. If your Etsy listings are exactly the same as your shopify products, this app will sync purchases. However, it will not sync any discounts that the customer applies on Etsy so it makes all analytics on Shopify useless. It also will not sync any personalization data from Etsy. I was able to do some matching using SKU, but it still didn't work great. If you complete the order on Etsy, it will not sync the data to Shopify. I could have made this work were it not for the discounts not being reflected, but after having contacted support several times with no solution, I have given up.

Etsy "Fixed Quantity" option is completely broken. it will not automatically update stock in Etsy to the fixed quantity set - you have to manually go in & tell it a different number each time you want it to update your Etsy stock. This has caused me to run out of stock 3 times now & potentially lose out on sales as a result. I've contacted customer support twice now, both of which said no issue was found & explained to me that the Etsy quantity count should indeed be automatically updating (when it is clearly not). Quite disappointed but unfortunately I don't have a better option.

By far the best app for eBay and Amazon integration. Really easy to create and edit listings in bulk and support replies almost instantly.

You know it's funny we get asked to submit these positive reviews to represent the entire company when in reality we deal with individuals. For me, this individual was Jeff Avila who was an amazing help despite not being able to solve all the problems I had BEAUSE THEY WERE OUTSIDE OF HIS CONTROL AND INSTEAD WERE PART OF ANOTHER COMPANY. I emphasize this because it's easy to place blame on the first person we come across, when more often the situation is much more complicated. My problems didn't get fixed, but I do feel much better and much more confident that I'm heading down the correct path with an unrelated platform to get my issues addressed and that's all thanks to Jeff, and the team.
