not very good, not all the categories of Amazon is in this app, so when u send date from shopify to Amazon you are not able to select correct category and then Amazon won't allow u to change it. Customer care support is on and off, some time u get a good person some times totally waste of time. only reason I started using it with the thought that its by Shopify but not looking for other apps to select and that may cost me a lot of time in setup.

This app has saved me a lot of time. I keep learning more features and it will be invaluable tool for my ecommerce management.

I am new to Shopify Marketplace Connect. My experiences have been great! I have had the best support team helping me at anytime. I expecially want to thank, LOVELY, the person I was chatting with tonight. Not only did Lovely help me troubleshoot and resolve my issues, but Lovely also motivated me and energized me to continue pursuing my dreams of achieving success with my online hoodie business. The great thing about Lovely that I recognize is that Lovely is great with her job in supporting people. I think that it will be better if Lovely was in a higher position to teach and spread to many others. It wouldn't be good to just have Lovely continue in this one position helping individuals...when Lovely can pass along what Lovely...it must be multiplied and spread to others that I have no doubt Lovely can do. Although I would love to get support from Lovely all the time...I am not so selfish to keep Lovely to myself...Lovely must spread Lovely Ways to others...so that everyone that contacts Shopify Marketplace Connect will have the same lovely Lovely experience that I had tonight. This app has enabled us to list at scale on eBay which we simply wouldn't be able to do otherwise. There's no magic bullet, you still have to populate some data elements for the listings from within Marketplace Connect, but it's so much more manageable when changes are synced across to eBay. A major bonus for when there are problems is the dedicated, knowledgeable support team within Shopify, with their own ticket system so you can contact them directly. For example when I recently had trouble working out some mappings, Mark L. saw the issue through to resolution and even fixed a related problem at the same time. Great work, thank you.

Perfect app to link us to Amazon. Began using it December 2023 and has really increased our sales. Being able to sync inventory is the end of a nightmare for sure. Anytime I have a question, their chat help has been right there to assist.

I gotta say that SHOPIFY MARKETPLACE CONNECT is not only an app that can change your life into a smooth process to success because they also have the most professional team who can help you in every single question you may have, at any time.
