This app has been nothing but a headache. Support usually has no clue how to fix things, although they are usually very nice. It's unfortunate because this app is totally necessary if you sell on Walmart. It would be so simple to explain how to fix the app but seems there have been no upgrades on this app in forever. It's a pity. I wish someone that works at this app/company would actually fix it and make it work properly. EDIT – After several support attempts — the main issues with the app still persist. Want a custom product detail page for shopify—that's awesome! But NOT awesome if you realize that EVERYTHING SYNCS TO WALMART AND THERE IS ZERO CUSTOMIZATION.

Really poor quality customer service. It took months from the time I reported the problem to the investigation, and then they told me to contact shopify myself because the cause was due to the data values provided by shopify. Why don't they try to check with shopify themselves regarding the problem with their app, which is released as an official app on the shopify platform? And the glitch is not a small one, but a fatal one for the users that tracking information is not reflected to Etsy properly. I really can't believe it.

A great app, it helps us run our shop smoothly throughout multiple shopping platforms. Customer service was also quick to respond and fast to get to the bottom of our issue.

I like using the Shopify Marketplace Connect app however when I have variants in 1 product listing, the Marketplace Connect app combines the quantities for each variant instead of separately in my Amazon and Walmart store. Ex. Shopify Store- Shirt 1 Small 2 Medium 0 Large 2 XLarge but my Amazon/Walmart store will show a combined total of 5 instead of their respective quantity amount like below 5 Small 5 Medium 5 Large 5 XLarge So then a customer will buy a Large even though my inventory is 0. This needs to be resolved immediately.

i'm pretty New to the App, and getting used to its many feature and how useful it can be to our operation in General, but must say the customer service is hands down , the live chat is my go to feature, the team is always ready to help and walk you thru the necessary steps in configuring very impressive, i look forward to what this app has to offer, at present am comfy working with.

This app did not work. After troubleshooting for a week with multiple support agents, we weren't able to get the inventory to send over to Walmart Seller account. Also, you can't have different images over on Walmart from your Shopify images. I really wanted this app to work, but might need to go back to Sellbrite.

I have been given either untrue or false information on at least 8-10 occasions by various team members regarding my listings being uploaded to wal-mart.com. It seems that the vast majority of team members here either tell you what you want to hear and are either clueless as to what they are doing or just don't care. I will update this if this changes.

Horrible Experience in transitioning from Codisto to Marketplace Connect. Without ANY warning, the app stops working. Just found out through a random routine check. Support agent only half-reads my messages, gives out wrong information with high confidence which does not fix the issue at all, and promptly goes offline to not be reached again. Overall, not trustworthy.

We just recently integrated our eBay store into this app. So far their support team has been so helpful and patient with all of our concerns. Their assistance and insights have helped us set up our eBay store account properly. Their chat support is so responsive and accommodating. We are looking forward to smoothly listing all our items soon.
