Been using this app ever since they rolled it out. I was excited when they announced it and was a little hesitant as to how well it worked, but I have to say, I'm very pleased with it, along with the support service! Compared to most things I've encountered; this app has been pretty straight forward in getting everything up and running smoothly. Slight learning curve, but once you figure it out it works well and truly simplifies the seamlessness of having ebay listings of your Shopify store. I've not played around with Amazon or Walmart, or any another connections, but for ebay it works just fine. Pros are many, cons are few. Error messages with listings don't seem to be all that helpful, I've only been able to resolve the issues by just playing around with settings I think it could potentially be or reaching out to their support team which is quick and efficient, the one time I used it. I still haven't figure out how some of the formula mappings work, so in that regard it's a little confusing if you wish to master the automation. Overall though, quite pleased. And I'm sure I'll figure out some of these complexities at some point.

Does not import gift messages from other sales channels. This is a huge oversight in the function of this app. Otherwise, it works well and the customer service is responsive. I'd like to continue using it but the gift messages are important.

It's an excellent app for those looking to begin selling products in various online marketplaces. The application is user-friendly, and the standout feature is the exceptional customer service; they respond promptly and consistently provide effective solutions.

I have been attempting to use this app for a couple of months now. Everything about it has been great unless you use Etsy. I have emailed the support team dozens of times, just to be told they are aware of the bug and are trying to fix it, or they are passing it on to their support team. The connection to Etsy doesn't import any shipping information. I have no idea what speed a customer chose for shipping or how much they paid until I log into Etsy, and copy/paste that info into Marketplace Connect for our shipping folks. The app randomly resets all of my weights and dims to zero, which means the shipping amount shown to customers on Etsy is often $20-30 more than it should be because Etsy can't calculate it properly. Over 2 months we've lost thousands of dollars in sales because of this glitch. Only our repeat customers will bother to reach out and ask why so that we can explain and refund the shipping overcharge. The rest move on because who in their right mind would pay $30 to ship a $10 skein of yarn? So if you don't use Etsy, you'll love the app. If you rely on Etsy for sales, find another app. This one is a nightmare.

this app doesnt work properly ...3 weeks of hours a day trying and speaking to 'support agents' and still had NO active listings, nothing linked properly and ZERO result.

Dom was absolutely awesome is walking me through what I needed to do. When you have so much to set up on your website and so many apps, sometimes it can feel a bit overwhelming so to have someone who will patiently hold your hand is so important and I really appreciated the great customer service

Terrible user experience, but customer support is always there to help you through issues and make up for the bad app design. If you wanna list a product on Amazon with variations like size or color, you'll likely be stuck on endless errors for hours. There is a lot of hidden information about fields the app doesn't tell you about. You are not really guided on what fields are required, what fields are hidden or visible between the single and bulk edit mode. It becomes really messy. At least with the Amazon spreadsheet, you can make visible just the required fields, so you never have to guess what you need to do next. The result is a lot of trial and error to try to figure what maybe is going wrong. Even tech support acknowledges this lack of clarity by saying it's a trial and error process. Now imagine having to do this for hundreds of products.

I wouldn't say that Codisto was perfect or a 5-star app, but Marketplace Connect should have never been released in the stage that it is currently in. I have attempted to submit ~5 new products with multiple variants to Amazon through Marketplace and haven't been successful once. There is always an issue and customer support just provides me with the error codes and no real solutions. The app can't find matching SKUs, variants aren't paired together on Amazon, and missing mapping fields cause errors but aren't updatable to name a few.

i was struggling to import my products to amazon, but i messaged the chat and had an amazing lady called lovely help me, and she did everything needed to get my products listed, she went above and beyond and not only instructed me on what i could do, she also did everything for me herself
