Etsy "Fixed Quantity" option is completely broken. it will not automatically update stock in Etsy to the fixed quantity set - you have to manually go in & tell it a different number each time you want it to update your Etsy stock. This has caused me to run out of stock 3 times now & potentially lose out on sales as a result. I've contacted customer support twice now, both of which said no issue was found & explained to me that the Etsy quantity count should indeed be automatically updating (when it is clearly not). Quite disappointed but unfortunately I don't have a better option.

By far the best app for eBay and Amazon integration. Really easy to create and edit listings in bulk and support replies almost instantly.
You know it's funny we get asked to submit these positive reviews to represent the entire company when in reality we deal with individuals. For me, this individual was Jeff Avila who was an amazing help despite not being able to solve all the problems I had BEAUSE THEY WERE OUTSIDE OF HIS CONTROL AND INSTEAD WERE PART OF ANOTHER COMPANY. I emphasize this because it's easy to place blame on the first person we come across, when more often the situation is much more complicated. My problems didn't get fixed, but I do feel much better and much more confident that I'm heading down the correct path with an unrelated platform to get my issues addressed and that's all thanks to Jeff, and the team. Thank you, Jeff!

This app has been nothing but a headache. Support usually has no clue how to fix things, although they are usually very nice. It's unfortunate because this app is totally necessary if you sell on Walmart. It would be so simple to explain how to fix the app but seems there have been no upgrades on this app in forever. It's a pity. I wish someone that works at this app/company would actually fix it and make it work properly. EDIT – After several support attempts — the main issues with the app still persist. Want a custom product detail page for shopify—that's awesome! But NOT awesome if you realize that EVERYTHING SYNCS TO WALMART AND THERE IS ZERO CUSTOMIZATION.

Really poor quality customer service. It took months from the time I reported the problem to the investigation, and then they told me to contact shopify myself because the cause was due to the data values provided by shopify. Why don't they try to check with shopify themselves regarding the problem with their app, which is released as an official app on the shopify platform? And the glitch is not a small one, but a fatal one for the users that tracking information is not reflected to Etsy properly. I really can't believe it.
