This app has stopped us from getting any sales on Amazon for 6 months. Its help center has had 6 months to resolve it and is still unresolved. Their help center keeps saying to reauthorize Amazon, which we have done (more than 20 times) and it still keeps advising the same issue. Our Amazon store is working perfectly. Nothing wrong there, only the app.

Absolut tolle App. Die Listings sind super schnell bei ebay, lassen sich wunderbar über einen Masseneditor bearbeiten, was bei einem großen Sortiment sehr hilfreich ist. Der Live Support ist mega kompetent und schnell. Einfach unglaublich gut.

great app if you are looking for a one stop solution for your inventory and order sync across multiple marketplaces. their customer support staff is very helpful, they are well trained on the technical aspects. I am happy that they are not doing a robotic chat, they are actually solving customer's problems. Once again, thanks to Ediline for all your support and best luck to the app.

I've never experienced top-quality customer service. This company blew me away with their performance and outstanding system. This is the best system to connect all of your marketplaces and have them in one system. Don't waste any more time, get with them right away!!

Been using this for a few weeks. This is an extremely frustrating app to use. Horrible interface. Everything is messed up. Maybe it is because I have 3 to 4 thousand SKUs but this app is a brick. Nothing transfers properly. Too many mistakes. Doesn't flow properly. So far pretty bad experience. Maybe needs a few months. But this is a terrible waste of time. Pricing is messed up on walmart site. Products supposed to go for 7.99$ are being sold in 10 packs for 7.99$ Should be 79.99$??? Extremely Frustrated. Coming back a few weeks later to edit my review. My Review stays the same, but maybe even worse. Keep getting orders through walmart, and the problem keeps compounding. Walmart is taking a SKU for a single item and putting it to a listing of 10 packs. Customer only paying for a single item. Nobody is able to help.

Great customer support, but there are a ton of things that I asked that they could not provide an answer to. For example, if u have an error on one of your listings, it doesn't say which field isn't correct or what u need to fix exactly. Then on the Amazon side, a product with an error would show up as active on Amazon, so there are definitely some bugs, and customer service doesn't know the answer to most of the questions I asked. The new UI looks good tho :)

Peachy did a great job with helping my issue with professionalism and patience. We did a lot of troubleshooting to sync products to Walmart.

Revised! The original Codisto app was a 5 Star or higher. When Marketplace took this over they completely changed all the functionality around and took certain options out that brought this app backwards. They allowed us to revert back to the original app, which if you liked over this new version I would highly suggest requesting that while they play around with this new platform. We moved this from 1 star to 4 since they moved us back to the original interface and will move it to 5 when they can fix the new app.

This app is not ready for prime-time ..seems like it's been rushed to release to cover for the fact that the Walmart-Shopify app is going away. The good news is that it is cheap (so far) and you can choose which listings to "enable". I'm just using it for Order management as I have zero faith it will work for listing or inventory management. Seems to me that they are just trying to do a copy/paste on what might have worked with Amazon. Documentation not updated for Walmart. Here are my other commments: Can't handle marketplace cancellations ..won't backflush to marketplace cancelled order. Has no import/export capability - have to use their "grid" which doesn't allow you to sort or filter on anything meaningful. Can't easily map when you have hundreds of listings ..can't get rid of Amazon connector screen (I don't want to sync with Amazon - get rid of the pop-up screen that shows up every 10 seconds) I could go on ..but it is cheap so I'll take it for now BUT PLEASE MAKE SOME IMPROVEMENTS and I will be happy to raise my rating.

What would have been particularly beneficial here is an automated warning system that could detect such problems ahead of time, thereby preventing them from escalating. I installed the "Marketplace Connect" a few days ago and it does everything it said it would - Tech assistant "JOY" patiently and knowledgeably help with the onboarding as it was the first time I ever "mapped" products - I have 2 amazon stores - USA and CA. I didn't get all the products correctly mapped at first but JOY came back a few days later as orders came in and helped sort it out. Customer service has been great - I sure hope they don't go to "text" only support - I prefer to speak with a live person rather then type. Thanks Joy for your assistance!

Just converted from Codisto to this app for Amazon feed and there were some bugs in the app which weren't picked up during testing. Fortunately they were able to fix these quickly. It would have been better if they had found these out before launching the product, but their response to solving the problem was good.

Managing our eBay store with Shopify was made easier with the Marketplace Connect app. Support from Mark was excellent when we required assistance.
