Came from trying out another app and one of the most immediate differences was seeing the mouse trail of recorded sessions. I could better understand how users were navigating the page BEFORE they clicked on something. This is huge and gives us more information to act on as we look to update our page.

I use MIDA: Heatmap, Replay & Record every single day and it has completely changed the way I understand my visitors. It's unbelievably helpful to see exactly what people do on my website – where they click, where they stop, and what might be confusing or causing drop-offs. Thanks to MIDA, I can instantly identify and fix obstacles on my site. It’s like having a direct window into my customers’ experience. I'm a huge fan of this app and honestly blown away by how much value you get even with the free version. As soon as my sales pick up, my first paid app investment will 100% be in MIDA. This app is a game changer. Highly recommended!

If you're looking at this app, you'll likely end up needing to pay at least for their $20/mo "Growth" plan to get the features you're looking for. But those features are pretty solid. The replay feature lets you see exactly what your website visitor saw, where their mouse was, and what events happened (clicked links, viewed products, add to cart, etc). It tracks customers across subsequent visits, too. And their support team is excellent. This is the second app from this developer that I have installed, and their support team has always been great to interact with. If I had two critiques to give, it would be: 1. I wish they had a tier equivalent to the "Growth" plan but with fewer sessions per month at a lower cost. For brand new stores like mine, $20/mo is steep. I'd happily pay $10/mo for 1000 sessions instead of 3500. 2. They really ought to have a video demonstration or something showcasing the features on this app store page. It's much more feature-rich than the app store page lets on.

Very solid app, plenty of free sessions to get good data. I particularly like the features showing how many pages a customer views, if they've viewed collection pages and the importance / potential of each visit. I recommend!
