I've been using MIDA Session Recording & Replay for a while now, and it's been a game changer for my store. The recordings are incredibly insightful, helping me understand customer behavior and optimize my website. The interface is user-friendly, and the setup process was smooth. I recently reached out to support for an extension, and Jennie was super helpful and responsive. The additional recordings were added quickly, and the customer service was excellent. Highly recommend this app to any store owner looking to improve their user experience and boost conversions!

The app is easy to use, and the replays allow you to see where customers are getting confused on your site and then make corrections to ease the customer journey

After trying the app for almost a year ( I don't know why it say 4 months using this app - maybe because my first review was 4 months in and 5 stars), I can say that I am extremely disappointed. Mainly wanted to watch the recordings of my visitors. The application can't distinguish between a bot and a real person. Therefore, if Google Shops or TikTok shops were mapping my site for the Google/TikTok store, I would have to use my allotment of visitors. I upgraded to, I believe, 3500 visitors per month, and over half were bots. I am not a big store that makes a lot of money. Having to pay to watch a bot for a second made me so upset. When I mentioned this to customer service, I was told to block the visitors. Trust me, getting onto block 1000 IP addresses one at a time takes away valuable time from my store. I did love this application in the beginning, but having to pay for customer bots was bad. But that isn't why I deleted my subscription. I deleted after two tries with customer service. The first was just to block them. The second was having to pay mid-subscription when I downgraded. When I asked for a refund, they told me it couldn't be done. Just received my Shopify bill, and apparently, I have to pay for the next 17 days also, and don't even have them in my store anymore. Yup, free money to them. So, no, I won't be using them again.

It's a great app. The free tier is generous and better than alternatives like MS Clarity. The paid tiers are amazing value compared to paid alternatives too.

So far, I LOVE this app. The ease of setting it up and customer service is great. I feel like a super secret spy in my own business (cue 007 music). I have another heat map on my other business site and what I like about this one is that it keeps tracks of repeat visitors by number (for me I'm #1-so I'll know when the map is link to me making tweaks on my site). and whose added to cart and their journey that moves them through my funnel and what stops them. I check this app a few times a day and think about how to make my site better for the customer experience and journey.

This app is a fantastic tool for tracking customer visits on our website! Nice app!!! It can help me record our cusomer's behavior on our store, and let me have chance can find the way to improve customer's experience, step by step to dig deeply and analysis all datas. Highly recommend!! BTW, support advisor is very professional and kind, always can solve my questions in time, she deserve 5 stars!

Easy to set up app. Very good customer support. So far using the free version and it has more restriction than others but I will take advantage of the 7 Days trial to test more advanced fonction. Good easy tool definetly to be considered.

Very good app to track analytics. Thank you Jennie for your prompt responses! I have yet to start using the heatmaps but it seems like a very useful app.

I'm only a new user on the free plan but this app pointed out a few issues I had going on with my site. It's better than feedback! Jennie was super helpful when I contacted tech support too!

This app is really cool! It was fun to watch my customers' journeys through my store. The heatmap provided a lot of insights as well, as it provided insights into what parts of my store drew my customers' attention. Their customer service team was on top of any issues or questions I had. They generally don't respond during our typical work hours if you live in the USA. However, if the pricing was different, I might keep the app long term. This app is more of a download-for-a-week and delete-type app. I will probably routinely download this app once a year to see what my customers are doing.
