Makes it really easy to track customer movement during their visit. Helps us find a lot of misplaced stuff and fix problems as we see it thru their eyes. Recommended.

The App is great. We are able to capture insights that would otherwise not be available through data points. With insights, we are quickly able to take action and then see impact.

Even with the free version, Mida has been a fantastic tool! It’s helped me understand customer behavior, allowing me to adapt and improve. Super easy to use and highly insightful.

We have tried multiple Replay apps and so far MIDA fits us the best. The recording is very useful and it's nice they have free plan to try it out. The customer service is very prompt whenever we have any questions! Will try their other apps too.

App was easy to set up and has given me some invaluable insights into how customers are navigating my website and the issues they are facing that I need to fix.

Just started using the app and it is simple and straightforward. Works directly out of the box. Also excellent customer support from Chloe with personal approach and quick respons. You are amazing Chloe, highly recommended person. Very nice addition would be an AI driven CRO specialist as feature, which gives advices based on the collected user behavior. So something to think about it would really help.

I LOVE THIS APP!!! I was using another replay app and was not to happy with the changes they made. So i tried MIDA just to see if fits my needs a little better, and it did!!!. I haven't had any issues and the 1 time i used the chat feature i got a response immediately. Highly recommend

This app is very helpful - I'm using it to better understand customer flow and conversion after I switched to a new theme. I like the ability to see heatmaps and user replays. I also contacted support and had a helpful rely within minutes. Chloe was great & I appreciated the quick help.

Had an issue regarding some inconsistencies with the heatmaps and replays. The team fixed it swiftly and even extended my subscription as an apology. Love the attitude and detailed responses I get! Would 100% recommend.

This is an awesome app. Really helps to investigate user journeys and identify areas of improvement for the webstore. Loving it :)
