Great app that really helps you understand your site's drop off rate so you can work on retaining customers! Chloe was so helpful and supportive and you will not have a problem or delay contacting assistance, superrrr helpful!!!

Such a vital tool for all business owners, you need to know how customers are interacting with the site in order to see areas of improvement. Much better then an ordinary recording app as it includes heat maps too! The support team from MIDA are 10/10 as well. Special mention to Jennie and Quinn as they went above and beyond to help with my problem.

We would like to take the opportunity to clarify the billing situation, and we emphasize that we do not charge any fee during the free trial period. - It appears that you subscribed to the paid plan for the first time on November 27, 2024, at 12:32 AM (GMT+7). - Our app offers a 7-day free trial, so your trial period ran from November 27 to December 4, 2024. If you had unsubscribed during this period, you would not have been charged any fees. However, if the plan is not canceled after the trial period, the monthly billing will automatically be applied. - You canceled the app on December 9, 2024, at 8:14 PM (GMT+7), which was 5 days after the billing cycle began on December 5. We believe that before subscribing, Shopify displayed a modal showing the start date of the billing cycle on the payment screen. Given these facts, it is unfortunate that you left a 1-star review based on this misunderstanding. We believe the review does not accurately reflect the situation. I haven't used the Heatmap side but the Record & Replay functionality helps to garner insights on customer behaviour.

The customer service is great, they are always there to help. About the app, it's great, you can collect a lot of information about the behavior of customers, which is a lot help to define the strategy for sales.

I'm super happy with MIDA so far and wish I had installed it sooner. The setup is seamless compared to similar apps, and it's already SO helpful for understanding UX. I'll continue using it in the future and highly recommend it to others.

The app has provided us with valuable insight into the use of our shop. We're currently updating the shop based on the records/replays. The people at MIDA are also very responsive when asking questions. Good to know that support is just a click/chat away!

This app is wonderful for site insights. We decided on this specific app because of the ability to view specific logged in visitors. Other than that the support team is very responsive and helpful. Jennie has responded super quickly to all of my emails and makes sure my problem gets solved asap.
