This app is definitely a game changer when it comes to providing insights on customer behaviour. Useful for determining design flaws and what users are struggling to locate or expect elements to do on a page based on clicks. Customer support is fast, friendly and very accommodating. We love the app, we utilize it to ensure our landing pages are converting our paid traffic and its so helpful to see exactly what people are reading and scrolling right past, especially when its your CTA boxes
I’m really really happy with the MIDA app, it's super easy to use in our shop! Chloe has been incredibly helpful — she responds super fast, always friendly and even offered me special deals so I could use more sessions to better understand my customers. Hi, I would rate you guys a 5... for the free version, you offer much more than other apps out there that do the same thing
I downloaded this app solely for the heatmaps feature, but it ended up being a huge disappointment. When I first tried it, the heatmaps didn’t even load, just a blank white screen. I contacted support and it took them 3 days to respond, which was already a red flag. After some back and forth with their IT team, the issue was finally fixed, but by then, 5 out of the 7 days of the free trial were already gone. I decided to let it run a couple of days to gather some data, but after that, I realized the heatmaps weren’t even tracking product clicks. What’s the point of a heatmap if it doesn’t capture essential user interactions? I reached out again to support to report this, and they basically shrugged it off and refused a refund, saying the trial had expired—even though most of it was wasted waiting for their team to fix the app. Overall, poor customer support and a feature that doesn’t deliver. Not worth your time. I would recommend Lucky Orange.

I haven't used this app a lot yet, its still a fresh download, but so far I am impressed. It takes a little video of where your customers are going, and can lend insights into how your website is viewed by others. They're quick and easy to talk to for customer service too. So far so good.
App does everything it is supposed to. Comes with a free plan that covers your needs until sales really start to come through. On top of that, support is very helpful and answers quickly. Definitely recommend MIDA to other business owners.
I think it's one of the best app for heatmaps, replays and records. Very intuitive and easy to use. I like the fact that there's a free verision, very usefull if you are a beginner! Also great customer support :)

Makes it really easy to track customer movement during their visit. Helps us find a lot of misplaced stuff and fix problems as we see it thru their eyes. Recommended.
