It's good but unfortunately numbers of sessions in the plans are low if you have a high traffic site. Could be great if it only stored and counted based on user set criteria. eg. sessions longer than x amount o time of with min. x amount of page views.

I've been using this app for a few months now, and wow I am very satisfied. The app itself is great, but so is the customer service. I'm on the free version, and I love the fact that from the overview, they show you the sessions where users have added something to their carts. It saves time, and you don't have to watch each sessions individually.

I found the application very useful and functional, easy to install, easy to consult and excellent in the results, both for what concerns the session recordings, the heatmaps and the statistics part. Truly excellent customer service.

I'm really enjoying this app! It's incredibly helpful, and the staff is always quick to respond. One feature I love is the MIDA Session Recording Replay, which lets me follow my customers' actions on my site. With full session recordings and heatmaps, I can see exactly what's happening and test new ideas to reduce bounce rates and cart abandonment. This tool helps me understand my customers' experiences without making assumptions. It categorizes sessions by abandoned cart, abandoned checkout, and successful orders, making it super easy to find what I need. Overall, the detailed analytics and visuals, like custom dashboards and reports, make it easy to keep track of everything. Plus, the tool is GDPR compliant and supports multiple stores.

Despite using the free version, we found it to be highly sufficient, providing access to nearly all the data we needed. The platform is user-friendly and we highly recommend it. Great App, really easy to use and the support is quick and reactive. I put 4 stars because the functionality of certain video playback functions is not yet good (skipping of non-active zones, video playback speed that resets each time, etc.). But otherwise, for tracking customer behavior and so on, the application is simple, practical and easy to use.
