A game changer for my Shopify store. I've been having issues with Shopify not properly tracking my visitors. I'm so relieved to have found an app that not only tracks my visitors but shows me what they're interested in on my website and how to improve their user experience. Definitely one of the best apps I use for my store.

I've been using this app for some time and it has been helpful. I'm able to see real-time movement of each visitor within my store, which allows me to know what features and pages are the most popular, and any changes that I might need to make. The live chat support was helpful and ensured that all my questions and needs were met. I will continue to use this app!

I have tried most of the replay and heat maps apps and Mida is one of the worst ones I have experienced. Here is why: 1. Transition between menu items are not fluid. 2. It sometimes shows double images (eg two exactly same buttons) on the replays. However it is not the actual user experience, based on our test sessions. 3. App is not fast enough, moving from one menu to another takes considreably long time. 4. You can create different views, but you cannot easily reach the cart values in the replays. 5. I could never use heat map, hope someone could. 6. They are sending a lot of emails, a lot of messages. If you don't want, you need to tell them directly (and after that they only send 4-5 emails). 7. They have a trial period, but be aware that this can end before you think (".") Overall I am not happy with this app and don't recommend to anyone.

Great app. Love the session replays in particular, that let me see real-time movement of each visitor within my store. The live chat support is also a very helpful feature!

La aplicación funciona muy bien. He probado varias y esta es la mejor en la relación calidad/precio. Hace lo que dice y lo hace muy bien. El servicio técnico impecable, rápidos y eficaces. Un 10. Una característica a destacar es la posibilidad de excluir países, esto es muy interesante para que no te grabe conexiones de Google o Fb por ejemplo. Aplicación totalmente recomendable

signed up for the free plan as i wasnt quite sure i needed what this app provided. while playing around, the ability to play back recordings of visitors' interaction with my site was interesting and i can see the insights those provide! but not quite what i need at the moment. i'll be sticking with the free plan until i scale up and maybe require what is provided for more analyses. customer service was also very prompt and helpful when i contacted them!

I have been using this app for a long time off and on. I have been switching from Hotjar,'s free app because there is something wrong with their app. This MIDA free app version has improved so much, but there is one thing that Hotjar has and I now dearly miss and that is the resource link where the visitors are coming from. If I do not know where my 400 visitors are coming from without having the need to upgrade, it makes me keep looking for other apps who might offer that option for free. Other than that your app is absolutely fantastic.

Able to reset the meter once we hit the limit of 400 sessions per month. We just need ed to email the helpline and then they helped.

I have had a very positive experience with this Mida app. It is easy to install and run. The staff are easy to contact and very responsive in case we need any help or clarifications. Also, we are able to reset the meter once we hit the limit of 400 sessions per month. We just need to contact the helpline and then they help us to reset. Overall, an excellent app that we would recommend to all. Special word of thanks to Nguyen Minh Dang as the technician and Jennie as a supporter.

Overall, I have a good experience with this app and the customer service. It is just what I was looking for and is easy to use. Also customer service is so great, Jena Nguyen has been so helpful with answering any questions I have and when I needed to delete my recording sessions she was so prompt and accommodating. I know this is a new app but they really listen to customers' needs and are ready to develop more expected features. I requested a feature that I want to have a filter function when selecting which sessions I want to replay, like I only want to replay the sessions that have "add to cart" action. Jena immediately requested to her team as well as submitted this feature to the new features of the app and will notify me the nearest release date. I am very satisfied with her work and handling of the problem. Thank to the BSS team and I really look forward to the new updates from you guys. It's really worth the wait. Highly recommend this app, install and experience it yourself!

I love this app. It is just what I was looking for and is easy to use. I love that that they started offering new plan options so if your store has a high volume of traffic you are able to record all your visitors. The IP address tracking is an added bonus. I was paying for another app just to get the IP addresses and was able to cancel that app service since this has both recording and IP addresses. Also customer service is so great, June Nguyen has been so helpful with answering any questions I have and when I needed to delete my recording sessions she was so prompt and accommodating.
