MIDA is easy to use and gives us valuable insight into how customers interact with our website. The session replays and heatmaps make it much easier to identify areas for improvement. Their support team is also friendly, responsive, and very helpful. Highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic app; I use it on all of my pages.
It offers powerful features that are available even with the free plan; the customer service is excellent regardless of the plan, and they go above and beyond to help resolve any issues.
I added this app to go along with the Fraud Blocker. It wasn't connecting, but, Chloe was right there to fix any issues. It is working fabulously so far. And I also, received help about an additional add on, was quickly helped.
This app is really easy to use and the team is super responsive and helpful!

So far, so Good. As someone who has experience using Lucky Orange, I have to say there is something about this that just feels better with MIDA. I love that they are proactive in helping give advice to improve your store, and they hand out bonuses along the way. With Lucky Orange, it feels like you're on your own. Their support team is friendly and very responsive.

Had another app before MIDA but then when I started to search things MIDA ticked all the boxes and from the day I installed it, it started to record everything and give me details of what I needed most. Recommend MIDA for startups and also large retailers.

I have yet to start using this app as I have just downloaded this but so far, easy install and great customer service. They are very attentive and want you to do well with their products.
