Excellent experience from day one. Hailey was extremely helpful, responsive, and proactive throughout the setup. The app looks great and is very data-driven compared to other replay/heatmap tools, with insights that are genuinely useful for improving conversions.

This is a really great app for visitor replays, thank you Mida. I can see what my customers click off at, what's wrong with my store, and I can see what the POV is like from the customer looking at my store. Overall great app and customer service. I’ve been using this app for about two weeks now and love it so far. The heatmaps are clearer and better than the other app I used. Features like session replays and visitor tracking are helpful, providing extra insights beyond Shopify’s built-in analytics. The customer support team is excellent—they responded to my questions promptly and with detailed explanations. Overall, I recommend trying this app.

I am extremely amazed by the value that having this app gives my store. Watching my user recordings is the biggest competitive advantage.I have to help improve everything that I do on my landing pages by directly watching every single movement and click that uses make on my website. Without it , I would be operating completely blind and changing things which shouldn't be changed while trying to optimize my website. This is undoubtedly the most important app that everybody should have to be successful on shopify

Using MIDA for some months now. Very satisfied with what it offers. The heatmap was instrumental in identifying the bottlenecks in our product pages. Everything is intuitive to use, and can be used from within Shopify.
