We've been using this app to track user behavior and session recordings, and it's been a game changer. The ability to watch real user sessions gave us deep insights into how customers navigate our site, where they hesitate, and exactly where they drop off during checkout. Thanks to these insights, we discovered multiple patterns and key pain points that we would have otherwise missed. For example, we identified confusing steps in our checkout process and fixed bottlenecks that were causing cart abandonment. I do like the idea of this app. It has helped me identify possible improvements to my site. Excluding IP addresses from the recording has proven to be a cumbersome process.
