easy to work with, some lags in the video records but manageable, also including all the needed features
I think this app is great for my use case, but sometimes there are UI visualization errors when I watch session replays.
doesn't actually record a lot of the sessions

excellent app. let u track customer behaviour in real time. visitors details are also in detail and heatmap is excellent feature
Very easy to understand and use, very intuitive UI. They also have a great team that have helped me out anytime I have any questions.
Access to heatmaps through this app is invaluable! Great value - great support! I am able to see where we need to reduce consumer friction. This information allows us to fix perceived errors to make our customers happier with their shopping experience!

Great app for session recordings and heatmaps. It helps me understand how visitors use my store and where they may get stuck. The support team is also very responsive and helpful — they helped me with IP exclusion, extra sessions, and a delayed capture issue. Recommended!

I haven't been using the app long, but so far, I think it's been great! We started running ads from Chapter NYC Magazine and have already started seeing some activity. It's been amazing for seeing where people go, which page they leave off of and since then we've been able to make some changes that have really improved conversions.
