We have been using the Okendo reviews app for many years and have had a great experience all along. They continually launch new features to improve their app and add more value for their customers. Their customer support is exceptional. Juan and Henry are always super helpful and take care of questions and requests quickly and with expertise. I don't anticipate ever wanting to change review platforms!

Great app, great service as well from their team. Integration was easy and smooth. We migrated our reviews from our previous apps without an issue. The look and feel of the app on the site is top notch, with several customization options to match our branding. I love Okendo's site UI, everything is easy to understand and use. We've tried several top review app options and have been with Okendo for over a year and aren't looking to switch any time soon. Hope my review helps you make your decision.

So far so good! I migrated from Loyalty Lion, Reviews.io, and Fairing surveys to roll them all into one, integrated program. Saved money and the UI/UX is much better IMO. Communication with the team has been great so far as well.

We love the ease of use of Okendo and all that it offers. It easily integrates with our other platforms. A plus is the quick and helpful customer service that Leonardo gave us. They were able to walk us through and pinpoint an issue we were having in our Shopify theme.

We’ve had a really great experience using the Okendo app to manage our customer reviews. It works smoothly with our Shopify store and now we’re even able to sync reviews with TikTok Shop! Huge thank-you to Laura Gomez on the support team! She was super helpful, super responsive, and made the whole TikTok sync process way easier to understand.

Overpriced with many missing features, not to mention that I have been waiting since February to have them remove the metafields left in our Shopify since removing the app. Stay far away from this app unless you want ot waste money and your time.
