Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty

The app is very easy to learn and has a lot of cool features. Laura G just recently led a zoom updating us on reviews and what we could do to help get more reviews. She was awesome and made sure to answer all of our questions and more.

Wow, Okendo has probably the best support and free plan on shopify. An outstanding platform! Their customer service is exceptional—quick, super helpful, and always ready to assist with any questions or issues. The support team consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything ran seamlessly for us, and their prompt responses truly made a difference. Plus, the free plan lets you try all the most important functions without feeling restricted, which is a huge bonus. I highly recommend Okendo for anyone looking for a reliable reviews platform with fantastic customer support!

The Okendo review app is great, it allows for awesome UX which allows our customers to and prospective customers to filter by their unique needs. We're a sexual wellness business so the needs of our customers are unique, personal and sensitive. We appreciate the care and attention the Okendo team takes when working with us to develop the features and our customers derive real value out of being able to filter for their interest, experience level, life stage, medical diagnosis, identity need, or any other specificity. The customer service from Okendo has been great, their team always gets back to us quickly with responses as well.

It's a great app with great customer support. Ask for Amanda as your success manager and you will not regret it. app is really flexible and you can do a lot of things, and integration/syndication with other platforms is a must.

Favorite shopify app to use - does everything we need to enhance our store and so easy to use! As a marketer, my favorite part of Okendo is how easy it is to integrate with our Klaviyo ESP. The documentation for integrating is robust but easy to follow, and the team is always helpful when you need further assistance!
