Having tried almost all of the other popular and heavily advertised apps, they all had slight issues. A lot of them slowed my website down horrendously, or didn't look great or had a poorly crafted customer experience. I've now had Okendo for about 6 months, and I love it, my customers love it, my website speed loves it, and my reviews are now displaying properly on google. I think it's a tiny bit more expensive than the other apps - but it is well worth it - It just works, and the support team (who I've only really had to contact because I upgraded my theme or hadn't read the excellent support material fully) are so responsive and quick to help.

Not only is Okendo flexible ( to your companies needs, your branding, the stage of your business...) it's also super easy to use. We also rate the level of customer service extremely highly.

We get lots of customer reviews with Okendo (more than stamped.io or Yotpo), loads fast, and incredible support. Highly recommend.

Fast response, especially if you contact your contact person. It looks good and the interface for managing reviews is faster than Stamped for example.

We love working with Okendo! The onboarding process was smooth, all team members have been super attentive and helpful and the Klaviyo integration is great. Lots of customization options and our Customer Success Manager has been a wonderful resource as we test, iterate and improve our customer review systems.

Great customer service, and everything works very smoothly. No issues at all, and only positive interactions from the first account reps to the customer service and implementation teams. Would recommend to anyone for a high quality reviews app.

Absolutely love this app! After doing countless demo's I decided to go with Okendo and it was the best decision. The app has all the features you need and they are all designed to improve customer experience, drive engagement, and in turn increase revenue. The support is 10/10. Every Shopify App should learn from them. I had zero issues with setup, they even offered to do some of the work for me and had the app customized for my brand on the first walkthru. And the best part is we saw results within hours of launching the app as several customers asked questions on our products and now everyone else can view those responses as well.

Super smooth onboarding process. They walked us through every step and quickly addressed hickups. They were also very accommodating with our design customization requests and were able to make the emails and the website widget match our brand aesthetic and color scheme. Meriem is great! She responds to emails fast and is knowledgeable about the app. 5 stars!

Been using Okendo for probably 5 years now which was an upgrade from Yopto. The custom side on the back end is sweet, and their customer service at the beginning and years later is still top notch.
