Our review rate has improved significantly since switching to Okendo, and the survey functions have been very helpful. The app is easy to use and customer service is solid. Would love to see the ability to get more in-depth with sorting and analysis for more complex customer surveys but I'm sure that's coming soon.

We’ve been using Okendo for a while now and couldn’t be happier with both the platform and the customer support. Recently, we had a catch-up with our rep who went above and beyond to help us update and optimize our account. The process was smooth, professional, and incredibly helpful. Their team truly cares about making sure we get the most out of the platform. Highly recommend to any business looking for both a great product and excellent service.

This app has really great features. We use the email requests for reviews and reward system and have been very successful in collecting meaningful reviews from customers. The organization of the reviews and images/videos is exactly what we were looking for. But what really sets them apart is the excellent customer service they provide. They answer my questions on live chat within minutes and have been extremely helpful in setting everything up and helping us evolve!

Customer service was prompt and helped me work out exactly why I couldn't see my review options on my website for customers! Really love the ease of the app and I'm looking forward to customer reviews and sending it to the people that already have my products. Thanks.

My experience with okendo has been great so far easy to install and use. i was having trouble with one small thing however Kenn was very helpful and got it fixed up straight away.

Absolutely amazing app overall. Also, their customer service is the absolute best ever. It has been my greatest pleasure to have Leonardo as my support advisor on this app. He helped me with everything and guided me throughout the app to make things easier for me. Really appreciate it. I would give more stars if I could!

Easy to use app with great customer service. They are quick to respond and provide assistance. Easy customer UX on site and we have seen a sharp increase in review rates.

Daniel helped get review / ratings summary hooked up for me, when Okenda could have simply said, go find a developer. Huge win on the customer service side of things at the beginning of a relationship. I've got big plans for my business, and it's nice to see this kind of service from the get go.

Great and quick service all the time. Only need minor tweaks done with theme upgrades and its all actioned nice and quick. A great app to use.

Okendo has been trouble free from their hands-on onboarding. Customer support is very helpful and they've been very good at showing me where I'm missing opportunities in the platform.
