I have been using okendo for almost a year now on the basic plan. Even though we're on basic, I have to admit their customer service is impeccable. They're quick to respond and almost immediately solve my questions/problems. They're always willing to go above and beyond for you.You need a good vendor like this to get your business up & running!

The Okendo app works great, the Okendo team provides great support. All in all, a great experience over the last 2 years of working with them on Reviews, Surveys, Loyalty, and now Referrals. I had the pleasure of working with Laura who has analyzed our store and provided recommendations to optimize our performance.
I have used Okendo for years now, but recently wondered if there were ways I could do some things quickly and in bulk, that I was previously doing manually. Jumped on the live chat, and they instantly helped me out. Wish I'd asked earlier! Super app!
I updated my review because I encountered a bug with the reviews file import. The text from emojis was not rendering correctly, and the support team wasn't very helpful. They suggested deleting the import and fixing the typo related to emoji encoding in the review content before re-importing the reviews. This response felt like a convenient way out, and I expected better assistance. I'm not willing to manually update the text because it didn't render correctly on Okendo, and I don't want to risk encountering other, potentially worse, bugs. Support said: "You wanted to avoid deleting the import, so I won't suggest a solution that goes against your preference unless the team confirms it's the only option. The imports are the merchant's responsibility, so you need to review all the content to avoid issues." But how am I supposed to review it properly if I can only see the errors after it's already been imported into Okendo? It's not the only option; it's just convenient for them to avoid taking action. They also mentioned that identifying the reasons behind these bugs is outside Okendo's scope. ___ I'm happy with my move to Okendo. If you're frustrated with Yotpo and its customer support like I was, you'll find life much better after migrating to Okendo. Shoutout to Juan for answering my questions and solving my problems. Okendo is not one of those companies that outsources customer support to the cheapest option at the expense of its customers. I highly recommend Okendo.

Our review rate has improved significantly since switching to Okendo, and the survey functions have been very helpful. The app is easy to use and customer service is solid. Would love to see the ability to get more in-depth with sorting and analysis for more complex customer surveys but I'm sure that's coming soon.

This app has really great features. We use the email requests for reviews and reward system and have been very successful in collecting meaningful reviews from customers. The organization of the reviews and images/videos is exactly what we were looking for. But what really sets them apart is the excellent customer service they provide. They answer my questions on live chat within minutes and have been extremely helpful in setting everything up and helping us evolve!
