Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty

Customer service was prompt and helped me work out exactly why I couldn't see my review options on my website for customers! Really love the ease of the app and I'm looking forward to customer reviews and sending it to the people that already have my products. Thanks.

My experience with okendo has been great so far easy to install and use. i was having trouble with one small thing however Kenn was very helpful and got it fixed up straight away.

They are quick with responses and regularly reach out to offer one-on-one sessions on optimizing & improving the Okendo experience for our customers. The forward facing review system is simple to setup and easy for customers to use, making for increased review rates, and in turn better conversion for our store.
