Effective and quick customer support. Very impressed with them. The app is easy enough to install and work. Very happy with all of it.

I'm a techie newbie and with the patience and help of Daniel and the other experts, I was actually able to create a pretty awesome looking review platform! I only have the basic plan, but even with that the Okendo app offers a great variety of aesthetic options and layouts, as well as a fairly seamless review capture process. Definitely elevates the brand, highly recommend!

Beautiful review widgets, detailed, very responsive support team, easy to use and feature rich app. You have to pay a price based on the number of orders, but the app works really well and I think it's the best app in the review.

I just swapped to Okendo and I am so impressed… HIGHLY recommend. I set it up today and you can do so much with the free version. Eg fully customise the look and feel of the review section on your product page, create bespoke templates for review request emails, ask customers questions around age and other attributes to add more flavour to your reviews. Customer support was also so helpful, had trouble setting it up initially but Luigi sorted it all out for me. 10/10

The guys were so helpful to me, after installing the Okendo app I couldn't figure out how to get my imported reviews to show on individual products and they sorted it within a few hours! Took a huge weight off me - I was so worried I wouldn't get it figured out. Couldn't be happier with the App and the support. Cheers guys!

I have recently moved with Okendo from another App and was amazed not only with what this App can offer but their amazing customer support. I had few issues/changes to be made; and they were always very quick to repond to emails (even on a Bank holiday) and managed to fix most of my issues. So far so good, I am a happy customer, thank you!

So far it's been brill - the product itself I'm still getting to grips with - however the customer service is fantastic - particularly Josh who is extremely helpful. The team follows up with you on their own accord if they're not able to solve a problem right away and they really make a solid effort to try to understand whatever it is you need help with! Making the experience pretty seamless. If that's not worth giving the plug in a go - not sure what is :-)

Good platform with a major flaw for our business: you can't pin the reviews to URLS, only to Product IDs, so if you have to archive a product to maintain historical data, but want to retain the SEO value for your URL slugs with an updated product, you lose all the reviews for that product.
