The Okendo team have been supportive and have been able to provide super-fast support for a number of modifications to the customer-facing aspect of the app that I couldn't have made without them. Additionally, Josh from their team has been exceptional, facilitating the transfer of reviews from Wordpress to Shopify with as much smoothness as possible. My sincere thanks to them.

Update: Problem resolved, so far app is working fine. Initial review: This app seems like it would be quite good. Unfortunately hours of "system delays" as stated by support meant could not actually see if the app worked. On the positive side, support was responsive.

After trying other review apps I was completely frustrated. My son recommended Okendo and I have never looked back. Josh and Hermes gave excellent support to set up and branding style of the look of reviews on my website. I am incredibly happy with the app's versatility, support and extra functions that I can use as my ecommerce site grows. Thanks for designing a flawless app that accommodates the needs of my business.

Extremely helpful staff and easy to use features. I had so many questions about how to optimize this and the service surpassed my expectations. I am always able to communicate with someone over email and they are extremely nice about walking us through the site to make sure it is optimized properly. 10/10

I've had this app installed and paid for it for almost 5 years (May 2019). I recently had issues where the app was not sending a rewards code after receiving a review. I hadn't changed or done anything differently. Customer service did not initially investigate my issue correctly (they rushed to a conclusion that I made an error, not them) then once I provided screenshots of the issue to prove the issue was them, it took days and days to get a response. Getting a answer on what the issue is and then also help on how to resolve it is like pulling teeth with their customer service team. Generally unhelpful. I've uninstalled the app and will not go back.

Im a first time ecommerce business owner and am navigating a lot of the tech that comes with running an online business for the first time. I was really blown away with the level of support the team offered and it felt like they were a part of the team. I would really highly recommend to any first time or novice ecommerce owners that want a fantastic customer facing solution that is easy to operate with all the support needed.

Great support from Amanda Calderon. Okendo service is on point. Amanda just recently did a follow up to see how we are best using the service and did an optimization call. she pointed out several things that we could quickly implement to boost our reviews and other features...your a life saver thank you.

At first, I was very skeptical because it is one of the more expensive providers, but I must say that in terms of speed, customization options for email requests, and widgets in the store, customer support in general, and help during installation, usability for customers to leave reviews, and all the integrations with various apps are simply outstanding. I also see that customers really enjoy using Okendo/Reviews, which automatically increases the overall number of them. We highly recommend the service. In our opinion, there is still room for improvement in the backend, which should be made more organized and clearer.

Have been using Okendo across multiple businesses for years. Excellent reviews platform with all of the bells and whistles and fantastic support resources. The real game changer for larger, international businesses is the ability to combine and syndicate your reviews across multiple sites.

Install is very lengthy and if you don't go for the very expensive plan you have no on-boarding help so good luck with that. To get on-boarding your spending a min of $300/mo and I can tell you your better off spending with Google Adds. The reviews do ZERO for SEO. Everything I do for my Shopify cart is for business and this does nothing to attract more customers. Once there on your site reviews mean nothing. If you want a pretty little button on your site for $300/mo. then sign right up but there are many Google Review Apps you can install with Shopify for 4.99/mo. that do the exact same thing. The people are nice you deal with and they do respond. It's not the people it's the product. It just has no value added to your store. Sorry :( Update: went back and got the cheaper version and it's WAYYYYY worse. There is zero support and good luck getting it to work. Two months later and my google feed is still not working! They just email you excuses and WILL NOT get on a phone. Two months of trying and wasted all my time and money. DO NOT USE companies that have no phone support. You will regret it.
