It was a bit daunting in the beginning when I started using Okendo, but I have had and continue to have, the best customer service ever from Laura Gomez and the rest of the team at Okendo. I'm so grateful! It's not that the program is difficult to use, not at all, I was just overwhelmed by having to learn so many new things all at once with everything I'm doing, so Laura and the rest of the team have helped me in more ways than they can imagine.

Fantastic app with fantastic customer service! The reviews widgets spruce up our site and to be able to sync our reviews with FB/IG is great. I hope that syndication with TikTok is added soon but they are always making changes and it is easy enough to import them manually.

We've only got good things to say about Okendo. The integration is so seamless and easy to set up, plus the customer support team is extremely responsive and in particular Josh and Norma are always happy to help when we have questions.

A great conversion rate game changer and these guys know what they're doing! We had a good trial and then signed up and stayed one. We received a lot of help and are still learning about all the things we can do using their services. Customers are also happy to interact using Okendo giving us valuable feedback and earning loyalty from us.

Okendo cannot be manually translated into a custom language. Very strange that in the basic languages Okendo has a Russian translation, this during the war with Ukraine and when sanctions are imposed on Russia. Shame on you

Okendo has provided a really smooth onboarding experience, with an incredible customer support. Quick to answer and lightening fast with tailored fixes for our needs. Had the pleasure of talking with Josh, and he has helped us tremendously with our solution. The display widget looks stunningly, clean and creates and instant feeling of trust. Best looking display of all the product reviews I have come across! A future request would be better pricing on the Google Seller and Google product ratings. Klaviyo Review includes Google Product Ratings for a much lower price, so to be competitive it would be great with a similar plan and solution. Just a heads up, because Klaviyo has just begun with there's review solution which for a lot of Klaviyo users offers full compatible with there e-mail marketing, and would be a no-brainer when it's fully optimized. :)

I've tried several review apps but this is the best one and has incredible support. We needed code to have our reviews embedded on our zipify landing pages and Angel from support got it over to us within 24 hours.

Okendo as an app for processing our customer reviews is a great help to us. When we have questions, we feel very well taken care of by the Okendo customer team. When we had a very specific request, they made a lot of effort to help us. In the area of evaluation and processing of shop data, we would like to see more options for editing and selection. WOW! LOVE THIS! The fact that we can get very specific feedback from customers on our products... and give them light profiles is MASSIVE for our conversion and product credibilty. But, one thing you wouldn't think of is how great their customer service is. After trying out a lot of apps... these guys are par-none! Notably, for the last few weeks, we've been chatting with Josh... and every question we have, he has a solution! And, he, along with others, are crazy fast at responding. It's insane!

Great review plugin. Very flexible and customizable. Plug and play. Works out the box. I actually forgot I installed it and I had reviews flowing in. We are all busy, so tech that just works without human assistance is just lovely. What makes this plugin even better, is the superior support. 7pm after hours I got an instant chat back. Okendo gets my stamp of approval.

best customer service i've experienced on an app ( Apart from wholesale gorilla!). Very quick to fix and always readily available to help. Lost a star just because some features I would love have to be paid for (eg paid integration to make product specific reviews requests).

Okendo is by far the best ratings/review app available for Shopify. The system seamlessly syncs with all necessary integrations, we haven't had a single issue with Okendo. The support staff is AMAZING, we specifically worked with Laura. Within 2 emails they she and her team set up multiple theme changes to implement some of their on-site displays. They matched our art-style perfectly and we didn't need a single revision. Also, the Refer a friend system they recently announced is looking great. Keeping reviews and referrals together on one platform is a huge plus.
