So far so good with Okendo. Their support team is typically very responsive. I've even had a few request where dev changes are required and they are able to pass those requests of and come back with solutions. Recommend.
What a great app! The customer support and set up was very quick and seamless with the help of their team. I would highly recommend this review app!!
So far I have found their team to be disorganized and unhelpful. There have been several delays and we've into a few road blocks (which were misrepresented during the sales process) and their team is offering no guidance or support - just lots of pushback. I'm being sent articles that don't answer my questions (instead of the onboarding specialist taking the time to answer my questions herself). They are telling me they can't do things that the sales person told me they could. The setup has been severely delayed. I'm hoping someone on their team is capable of turning this around because as of now, it's been a very disappointing experience.
By far the most well-crafted, high-quality reviews app for any store looking for a high-end solution. Great support as well - can't complain.

Carolina from Okendo went above and beyond to help us switch from yotpo, and so far we are LOVING okendo much more. It is so streamlined, clean and user friendly which relieves a lot of headache, one less headache as a business owner is important. Definitely suggest okendo for reviews!
I liked that the app was quite easy to set up and the possibility to give free vouchers to customers that would wirte reviews. The review form and interface look very pretty. What I don't like: The app gives you the option to include the questions widget on the product page while being on the basic plan. This means customers can write questions but you'll never know about it and won't get notified about them. Also when you are on the basic plan the sender of the email is always Okendo. Having a customer base that does not use e-mail that often makes it almost impossible to get reviews when an unknown company "okendo" writes them an email and asks for a review. Another thing is that the app can slow down your store a bit. Not heavily but quite a bit - be aware of that. Support was quick and nice!
Customer support is 11 out of 10! Laura really helped me with the transfer from Yotpo to Okendo which made it super easy. Happy with the changeover so far.
Great customer support! The various review modules are flexible and provide great social proof on our brand website.
Hermes was a great help! We had a lot of issues with uploading our review templates, but he was very diligent at helping to explain and solve our problem. Great service!
Best app for reviews. Incredible support. Great design. Amazing features. Okendo have enabled our reviews to be the hero of our product pages.

Highly recommend! I love the variety of features from Okendo! From adding attributes to your reviews to the product quizzes, I love it all! Plus they have top-tier customer service. I had a very helpful one-on-one demo of the full Okendo suite (Thanks Matt!). After the demo, they even helped me set up everything on my site. (Thanks Angelica & Team!) So very helpful! I highly recommend!
Great support, whenever you have a question either basic or advanced, their team will help you out, and explain you! Josh was great at explaining how to get broken images fixed, I appreciate it!
The team at Okendo made the whole onboarding experience super easy from start to finish. Scott was super helpful and gave us tailored advice on what would suit our website best and Angelica is amazing with answering the millions of questions I had about Klaviyo connections and site designs.
It was a bit daunting in the beginning when I started using Okendo, but I have had and continue to have, the best customer service ever from Laura Gomez and the rest of the team at Okendo. I'm so grateful! It's not that the program is difficult to use, not at all, I was just overwhelmed by having to learn so many new things all at once with everything I'm doing, so Laura and the rest of the team have helped me in more ways than they can imagine.
Fantastic app with fantastic customer service! The reviews widgets spruce up our site and to be able to sync our reviews with FB/IG is great. I hope that syndication with TikTok is added soon but they are always making changes and it is easy enough to import them manually.
We've only got good things to say about Okendo. The integration is so seamless and easy to set up, plus the customer support team is extremely responsive and in particular Josh and Norma are always happy to help when we have questions.
A great conversion rate game changer and these guys know what they're doing! We had a good trial and then signed up and stayed one. We received a lot of help and are still learning about all the things we can do using their services. Customers are also happy to interact using Okendo giving us valuable feedback and earning loyalty from us.
Okendo cannot be manually translated into a custom language. Very strange that in the basic languages Okendo has a Russian translation, this during the war with Ukraine and when sanctions are imposed on Russia. Shame on you
