Beautiful, aesthetic looking app with fast, helpful and kind customer support and tons of innovative features built-in that definitely help customers get all the info they need before purchasing. Big shoutout to Josh for helping us migrate to Okendo and always being there to help us with our questions. Highly recommend.

We've used a few different review platforms and at a base level they are pretty comparable. However, what stands out for us about Okendo is the high level of customer support and service that has helped us to optimise and make the most out of our customer reviews. Recommended.

So far it's great! Just completed the onboarding recently, and i'm happy. Love that it's integrated to Gorgias and Klaviyo - this is a huge advantage. Also, having full access to CSS is great and not something I had with other review apps. Special thanks to Alannah Donald who was absolutely helpful in the process. Also, the dev team quickly helped me out and fixed a few glitches I had integrating the app.

Followed the prompts to use the app and it didn;t work. Requested support via the in app chat, no response. Requested support via email twice, no response. Very disappointed that this happened with a customer review app

We've been using Okendo for my new brand's reviews for about 8 months and we love it. Customer service is always super fast and helpful, I especially love using their live chat feature when I need a quick answer. I've been working in ecomm for a while now and Okendo is the best review app by far. Easy to use, clean and customizable look, great service, and tons of add-on features available. 10/10 would recommend.

Angelica and the team at Okendo have been so helpful from the beginning. Responsive to emails, quick to help, I can't fault their service, especially during our transition to a new theme. I'd highly recommend.
