I am so happy that we chose to migrate to Okendo. Their customer service is phenomenal. It took a matter of hours to get up and running. My customer service manager was there every step of the way. I can't recommend this aoo enough. It is a game changer.

Great app, everything is very professional looking, from the review display to the review request emails sent out to customers. The support team is fantastic : Norma and Scott helped me set up the display per my requirements and answers all my queries. This is definitely a great tool if you're looking for a way to add reviews to your store that looks professional. It for sure adds value to the customer's experience and makes your store stand out.

Migrated from stamped.io to better integrate with our email messaging platform (Klaviyo). We have noticed better review content, review quality and detail, and more UGC. Great feature set that integrates well with other products and the updates provide value. We had a slight hiccup with the transition from sales to customer success and implementation; however, the team was gracious and collaborative as we worked through our issues.

Okendo is a very easy app to use and it performs well. Allison, our customer success manager, has been more than helpful with set up. If we have any trouble implementing new features from the app, Allison makes sure to set everything up correctly in a timely manner.

Mar. 2, 2022 - New adition to my previous review below - We had a design request that we had to submit a ticket for. The communication from the team at Okendo was super fast and helpful. Our service ticket passed through a few team members over their shift changes, but no one dropped the ball, and all involved were AWESOM! So impressed with the responsiveness and overall service by the team at Okendo. AMAZING onboarding and customer service! Thank you Allison for the over and above care and attention! Phenomenal service thus far. Would highly recommend.

From the beginning the support from Scott and Norma have been outstanding and a great introduction to the app. Easy to set up, I like the additional functionality of the attributes for reviews and the rewards for leaving reviews. Be good if we could change the priority of the rewards. Soon as I set it up reviews started coming in so big thumbs up.

Okendo is the best review collection app on the Shopify app store. Not only is it priced extremely fairly but the backend is so aesthetic and easy to use. Everything is so customizable and their support team is amazing. They reply very quickly and have solved every problem we have run into. Highly recommend!

Excellent App to capture reviews for our website. Integration with Klaviyo and Facebook also great plusses for us. Also their onboarding team is great to work with and will get you all set up as well as provide ongoing support.

Super great app to incorporate reviews for products. Okendo allows shops to customize requests and bring in UGC which are impactful for conversion!

Just launch yesterdayn and we were able to get approximtely 50 new reviews wit the initial email blast. Looking forward to see where this is going to lead us.

We recently switched to shopify because we wanted better options for features like reviews and customer Q&A. And I chose Okendo because the app seemed to offer more features at lower cost than Turnto that we were using before. Wow am I glad we changed to Okendo. So far review rate is 5X what we had before and the the features like grouping products has been great. Also being able to send unique coupons as a reward for writing reviews has been well recieved. I would give them 6 stars if I could because there support is the best. Thanks Amanda and others for all the help ramping this up. I look forward to working with you in the years ahead.

Wow!! This is the review app you need! The transition from Yotpo to Okendo was so seamless and easy because of my Customer Success Manager! The integration with Klaviyo is also a must have would highly recommend!!

Really amazing experience with Okendo. Their technology is the best on the market for ratings and reviews, coupled with a fantastic account team that's super hands-on in setting you up and very responsive through email or Zoom meetings. (Thank you, Allison!) Their platform is super customizable and integrates incredibly well with Klaviyo for a really awesome customer experience (for review request emails). Okendo has been my favorite vendor that we brought on in 2020.

It was a great pleasure working with Amanda! Our integration is more complex as we have several stores, but she makes everything so smooth for us. Despite the time difference, between her team in Australia and us in the UK, she handled the communication very well. Without missing a beat, we were able to meet the project deadline! After the launch, Amanda went above and beyond to make sure the Okendo star rating synch up with Google Shopping, and gave us detailed guidance on how to do it. We wouldn't have done this without her and her supporting teams. We highly recommend Amanda and Okendo. Now our wishlist for Okendo is to be able to synch with Google search result too (in additional to the said Google shopping module). Thanks again Amanda for your stellar guidance

This app has been critical for Awake Happy as it’s part of the backbone of my business. The Okendo team is absolutely incredible and competent far beyond the norm. This team is going the distance. The rare combo that I don't often see is technical, detailed, with crazy good customer service. These guys have it. I’ve used Yotpo, Stamped, & Judge.me in the past and Okendo rules them all. I am a developer and look for clean, lightweight apps. This app is not bloated. The widgets are run very clean & this team keeps their databases/servers chugging along nicely. This company has done an impressive thing in a space that I didn’t realize could be vastly improved and at a lower cost than something like Yotpo for what you get. No brainer! Devon awakehappy.com
