This is our first time using a Reviews App and we couldn't be more pleased with the onboarding experience and results thus far! We started using Okendo Reviews a few months ago and it has been a great experience. The app works fabulously with our site. Our customers have been able to easily review or ask a question about our products. And it has been super easy for our Customer Service to process reviews and respond to any questions. Best of all the Okendo staff customized the look and feel of the reviews app to integrate seamlessly into our site. They've even done some big updates after we wanted some more tweaks. Their staff has been very supportive and helpful to any questions and issues we had. Great app, onboarding process, and response from their staff -- can't ask for much more from an app.

We started using Okendo 2 months ago. Our experience to date has been very positive. They provided excellent support during the implementation. Our side of the equation was relatively easy and done quickly then Okendo took care of the mechanics. They have provided excellent support throughout. Very timely and they have been happy to make whatever tweaks we requested to get the the reviews UX to where we wanted it. Definitely recommend Okendo as a reviews platform.

Excellent from the initial demo through publishing Okendo live on our site. While we were very happy with our past reviews platform, it didn't afford us the opportunity to add custom forms and attributes in such an attractive layout. Our site's overall professional feel was vastly improved and customers can now feel more confident purchasing after reading the measurements of other women with body types similar to their own. This app is a no-brainer and while we even worked with YotPo for years, Okendo far exceeds them in regards to the care they have for their clients, dedicated support staff, customizability, and user-friendly interface. UPDATE: Okendo continues to prove to be the best of the best with superior customer service. They've gone above and beyond to be there for Midori anytime we need it. We looked a ton of review apps to help us accomplish our goal of increasing recent reviews through our internal site and google marketplace. Okendo offered a unique integration that helped us customize our widget to our specs and included attributes that our customers find very insightful. Not to mention, their support has been amazing. Our onboarding manager Allison was there with us every step of the way - quick and responsive to all of our needs. We switched over from Yotpo and have been very happy so far with the support and software. For a similar price point, I think you get way more features and bang for your buck with Okendo.

Hands down the best review app on the market. If you're looking for an amazing interface with the proper integrations to build out a nice flow for customer reviews this is it. I looked at using a "well known" review app but found Okendo to be the perfect fit for what I truly needed; simple set up with Klaviyo (eventually Postscript), a clean customizable appearance on my site, and mobile-friendly UGC asks within the reviews. The biggest subtle but costly difference between Okendo and other review apps is pricing when your order volume picks up. Okendo is just what you need if you expect high order volume combined with true value. I signed up for the Power Plan and my account rep has been extremely helpful and she even set up my Klaviyo flows for me. I look forward to seeing the results this integration brings to our brand and the in-depth feedback from our customers.

We're a Shopify+ store switching over from a long run with Yotpo. I've been impressed with the level of service given throughout the exploratory calls, onboarding and now implementation phases of our experience with Okendo. I'm a fan of the deep integration with other apps I'm using and the value vs the alternatives costing much more and much less is what I've been most impressed with. Okendo strikes a great balance between feature set, usability, and pricing. You've got yourself a new fan!

Okendo helped me increase the quantity and quality of my product reviews. Their system makes the process easy to use for customers and is very simple to operate with. I have been working extensively with Margaux and she has been BEYOND helpful. Their team members are quick at responding, resourceful, and extremely easy to work with. I'd recommend using this app to everyone!
