Great product that has increased the number of reviews we collect weekly by 8x from our previous reviews platform. Support is top notch with local teams to help our developers give a beautiful customised wrapping to their product. Highly recommend if your wanting a review platform that you can start with plug and play and then move to customise to your hearts content in the future.

After using Yopto we decided to make the switch to Okendo. We really like how our customers can leave reviews on various product attributes; this allows us to glean better insights than just a simple star rating. Customer service is great from both online agents and our dedicated account manager.

Update: 4 years in and we are still very happy with the app and the support that Okendo provides us. I've been using Okendo for several weeks now and I'm very pleased with all the new reviews coming in. They basically did the install for me after getting some details about my business. So far I would highly recommend it.

We've been using Okendo for almost 3 years now. The initial setup and merging of our existing reviews were all take care of seamlessly without any involvement from our side. Their ongoing support over the years and flexibility is second to none. The customer attribute feature is one of their standout features for us. They are constantly adding new features and the recent integration with Klaviyo is definitely a must have. This is one of the must have apps for any store using Shopify!

Since we’ve installed Okendo as our reviews platform, we’ve seen a huge increase in the number of reviews we collect! Our customers like how easy it is to ask a question and see pictures from other customers. We love the ability to collect customer attributes and incorporate them into our email marketing with Klaviyo. And they provide the best support I’ve ever seen—Amanda is awesome!!! Okendo should be on anyone’s short list when vetting reviews platforms. They offer a great feature set at much better value than other options.

Hands down the best review app if not app overall for shopify. The customer service is outstanding and the team is always happy to help and do so in such a timely manner. Extremely easy user interface and constant updates to improve the efficiency of the app. Cannot recommend enough!

I use Okendo to give credibility to my customers through real customer reviews. We've been using it for about 6 months and it's been wonderful! People love to leave us their reviews, share their photos and videos with us, and help fellow customers shop easier. Okendo is very easy to setup and use and the customer service is the best.

Okendo is really great, we love it! We were able to get it connected to all the other tools we use, everything very easy to set up. Recently they added a new (or revamped?) integration with Klaviyo, which got me very excited. With new features being added – and others improved – plus the excellent customer service and fair price, I totally recommend them. A top-the-bar review system is a must nowadays, and Okendo is our top choice.
