I'm really happy with this app! The transition from my previous reviews app to this one was very seamless, with the onboarding team transferring all the reviews data for me and setting up the new reviews widget exactly as I wanted. Thank you Scott and the team!

Amazing reviews app. The UI is way better then competitors, and we are getting more reviews with more UGC since we switched to Okendo. Also, the pricing is way better for scaling then what we used before. Also, the support team is amazing, and the set up was super easy. If you aren't using Okendo yet, it is a no brainer, get it.

I can't recommend the Okendo product or service highly enough. We had previously used Yotpo which was twice the price for half the service. I will vouch for this team every day of the week and twice on Sunday. Most importantly, we saw results within a week. Okendo assisted conversions are 4 x greater which means it quickly pays for itself.

Very happy with this app and the customer service is amazing! The developers helped me with the complete integration as well as connecting my reviews to my seo search results. They also always respond very quickly to my emails and are always happy to assist.

Switched to Okendo from Yotpo and it is one of the best decisions we ever made. Okendo's pricing, services, and communication are excellent. From preliminary discussions, implementation, and final setup, there were no issues. Moreover, we were appointed a great CSM who helped us throughout the process.

Switched to Okendo from Yotpo. Interface is much cleaner, no bugs to date (constantly had issues on Yotpo), and support is super helpful.

Love this app! The people who run it are super helpful and the set-up process was simple. Reasonable price, I found others are way too expensive or lacking features. It goes without saying that social proof has driven sales and given us a more confident position in the market. My favourite part it gives our team metrics on how our products are performing. The bad reviews are so valuable to our team to know what we need to concentrate on within our product development team. Thanks, Okendo could not be happier, keep up the good work!

Okendo "just works". It was cheaper and less bloated than all the competitors. All the product pages have shining reviews with product photos and videos. We love it!

Very easy, yet effective review app with outstanding customer service (compared to lots of other competitors!). We've been working with Okendo since almost 2 years and I can vouch for the team jumping on every support request within a heart beat. The app is very simple to implement and is an absolute non-brainer for improving your social proof. Very easy for customers to use as well, we love especially that we can integrate our loyalty system to incentivise customers for reviewing. 11/10 recommend!

This is such an fantastic app for reviews. It provides great integration and the option for adding attributes to get customer to rate the product on features. Plus the extra feature of encouraging customers to add a photo adds so much more credibility to the customer's review.

We were a Yotpo customer previously and the transition was amazingly simple. We not only are saving a lot of money, the platform UX is much more palatable for our team and the front-end UI for the customer is great. I would highly recommend Okendo.

Absolutely loving Okendo! We moved over from another platform..and the support was great. Scott helped us the whole way through and did the migration and setup for us and the transition was flawless. So far loving the app and its ease of use! The email templates look great and aren't tacky..highly recommend!
