Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty

This is such an fantastic app for reviews. It provides great integration and the option for adding attributes to get customer to rate the product on features. Plus the extra feature of encouraging customers to add a photo adds so much more credibility to the customer's review.

I'm relatively new to using Okendo, but the support I have received throughout the implementation has been second to none. Scott has been extremely helpful throughout the process! Looking forward to seeing the results

Great app! Okendo has helped us generate thousands of reviews with the attributes required from customers. Very easy to navigate and work in the back end from grouping products, emails, Q+A and more. Okendo syncs into our customer service app also, which is super useful. Scott and the team at Okendo are very responsive and have helped us through the dev process (and after with fine tunes), to achieve the layout and experience we require. I always recommended Okendo to friends.

A simple and user friendly platform to request and manage your product reviews. When it comes to customer service, the Okendo team goes above and beyond. They’ve patiently answered every single question I’ve had, and fielded all my feature requests. Their pricing is competitive and it’s only a matter of time before they build out more features to offer even more value than they do now.

I couldn't rate the customer service higher for Okendo. If I could give it 6 out of 5 I would. They helped us pick the best features for our needs, showed us how to import reviews from a previous provider and had us up and running in no time. The hold up was our end. If only everything else was this simple in eCommerce!

We had been thinking about this for some time, knowing how valuable reviews are in retail. We were looking for a solid app that'd be easy to set up and low maintenance. Okendo does just that. Scott was amazingly helpful and the app is simple to set up, configure, make changes and just use in general. The Q&A feature is a bonus! We love it!

We use this app for load verified buyer reviews onto our Shopify site and to load reviews onto our Google Shopping pages, and, so much more. We switched from a competitor and really, can't say enough great things about this company. The customer service has been solid and spot on, down to helping us design our widgets for incorporating reviews. I would highly recommend Okendo to anyone using Shopify who wants a high powered, quality controlled, productive app for reviews.

We were looking for a new platform and this app combined several of the things we wanted: a solid review system that displays nicely, supports video and photo reviews, product FAQ, and sliding scale product attributes. It's a tall order to ask any single system to cover all of these nicely, let alone at a reasonable price. We love that all of these are just part of the Okendo system and all integrate so cleanly. There were several other features that we only discovered as we worked through installation, like detailed email flows, Klaviyo integration, and customer attributes. All valuable additions that are just gravy on top of an already excellent system. And finally, what might be the most important part of any service: the customer service is absolutely fantastic. Integration was excellent and they were always available to help with questions and concerns. I wish every Shopify app had this level of support and dedication. A+ all around, and for a MUCH better price than other well known review platforms.

Slick, flexible solution and prompt, helpful support. Well worth it if you are looking for a hassle-free, high-end solution.
