5/5 stars Excellent Support and User-Friendly Platform I recently reached out to Omnisend's support team for help with modifying our sign-up form, and I'm thoroughly impressed with their service. The support representative, Baarath, was incredibly helpful and responsive. They provided a clear, detailed Loom video that perfectly addressed our issue of adding an optional phone number field to our form. What stood out: 1. Quick response time 2. Clear and concise communication 3. Practical solution (Loom video) that solved our problem immediately 4. Follow-up to ensure all our questions were answered Omnisend not only offers a powerful email marketing platform but also backs it up with top-notch customer support. The platform itself is intuitive and feature-rich, making it easy for us to create and manage our email campaigns. Omnisend has truly made things easier for my business. Their articles are super helpful, and their customer service is quick to respond and very helpful. The platform is easy to use, especially compared to others I've tried like Klaviyo, Yotpo, and Shopify Email. As a startup, their pricing fits perfectly with my needs. It's been a relief to finally find a tool that works well for me.

I have just downloaded the app today and created my first ever newsletter for email. For someone who is more artistic than technical, I found it relatively easy to use. As an example, I have been trying to do an email newsletter for 2 days on lots of different apps and was almost giving up. I found them either too difficult or the speed was too slow and connections were jumping. So based on this, I would highly recommend Omnisend.

Saleh was the best! he was extremely kind, patient and helpful. I haven't experienced anyone help out quite as much as Saleh did. He 100% needs to be recognized for this as he saved omnisend a customer since we were exploring other options to find what we needed. Saleh let me know that I can get it done with omnisend.

I'm new to Omnisend and read the documentation and watched a few videos but I had issues trying to combine discounts and understanding how to manage them. I contacted support late on a Friday afternoon not expecting a response right away and Eduarda replied to me and provided the solution in one response! Very happy so far and the quick, professional support, is great!

I recently encountered a technical issue while trying to set up my sender domain for my CS email address. To my surprise, even though it was the weekend, the customer service agent (Sila) quickly stepped in and assisted me. She were incredibly responsive and knowledgeable, guiding me through the entire process and ensuring that my issue was resolved promptly. I am truly impressed with the level of support Omnisend provided, especially considering the timing. Thank you for going above and beyond to help your customers. I give it 5 stars! I recently downloaded this app for my Shopify website Email Marketing. I have been requesting a demo of the app with no response. I sent several emails asking for help setting up the app no response. I am now thinking of deleting the app and finding an email marketing app with better access to support. if anyone has any suggestions please feel free to let me know thanks.

The app provides excellent support for our marketing campaigns and we generate important additional sales as a result. Setting it up was very easy. We were also able to count on Johnny's fast and competent support when it came to changing our store. Thanks for the great help and we recommend the app to everyone else.

STAY CLEAR - I would say stay away from this company if you would like customer support. They don’t provide anything but empty promises and ongoing stress. The only lady that has been helpful was the one that set it up but apart from that it’s terrible. They charge you for a subscription you can’t even access and when you ask for a refund they say well it’s because there was still emails getting sent out you still have to pay. ( what a joke because I couldn’t even get access to the account ) went to my bank and forced the refund on Omnisend as it wasn’t suppling the full goods or service I was paying for. And now the stupid company won’t disconnect from my website and keep sending me emails saying I need to pay money for sms credits but they confirm my account has been cancelled and closed off? But no it hasn’t as if I go on my website the automations are still running, but now I’m not paying so what a nightmare. Sort your workflow and customer accounts out as I don’t want to be associated with omnisend anymore. Remove my details and unlink from my website. Enough is enough!!!
