Maria and the Omnisend Team were prompt and efficient in handling our problem. Using both chat and email, Maria and company kept us in the loop while solving our problem. Omnisend software has help us market our products for the last three years

Emails add links with 12x34y.myshopify.com URLs and not the store's primary domain name with no way to fix. Also, in their email editor, if you add inline links, they don't work when sent despite having a link and being a different color in the editor. Customer support doesn't know how to fix either of these issues. They said it would take 24-48 hours to see if there was a solution and then took an hour and a half to actually escalate my concern. Their timeframe to address basic problems shows they don't understand marketing. Update: They got back to me and said this was normal and fine because the URL gets redirected. So they didn't listen to me saying over and over and over that it was not what I wanted. Now, another 24 hours to wait after saying it's not fine and repeating myself. I have to ask for this to be fixed again. Such a frustrating experience. Every time you talk with them you go back to an expediter-type person who then relays your message back to them. So this "they respond in a few minutes" is true but not by anyone who can help. This apps customer support is the absolute worst of the worst. Please god let me talk to Comcast instead!

Omnisend team is very helpful! I reached out via email and they responded back in a timely manner (less than an hour). Agustin and Baarath provided me with screenshots and step by step instructions on how to segment my audience and export in a CSV file. I appreciate Omnisend's exceptional customer service and team members who are willing to help ASAP!

So far I am very pleased with this app. I previously used Mailchimp, but they were continually increasing what I pay, even though not everyone on my list was subscribed. I was up to $250 and then I switched my website to Shopify, who offered a free email service, I was all for it until it took literally 36 hours to send an email to 8k subscribers. Didn’t realize this until day of email blast was a big product reveal day and my customers found out about it a day and a half later. I was drawn to omnisend as another friend uses this site and it was already half the cost of Mailchimp. I was able to send my email out within minutes. Very pleased. I also love how it is fully integrated with Shopify, so I don’t have to download product images to upload to email, I just drag and drop product information directly from my store!

My first day using the app after trying Klaviyo. I left Klaviyo because subscribers were getting an "Unexpected Error Occurred" message and I could not fix it or get support because they do not offer live chat support as far as I could tell. Heard about Omnisend from YouTube, so I thought I'd give it a try. Everything was so easy to set up and worked from the first time. I needed help with something minor and Agustin responded to my question in under two minutes. Issue was clarified very quickly and we are up and running. I am well impressed, thank you.

Omnisend was my first choice as an email marketing app and so far it is going good. one thing I want to highlight is the support team is great. This is my first time with Shopify and using apps so I am way out of my league with knowing how to work certain things but Omnisend's support agents are super kind, patient and have been more than helpful when I have a question or an issue. Baarath and Kayque specifically have both been wonderful and great to work with and I hope you get to experience how helpful they are when you use this app too :)
