Very happy with Omnisend as our Email Marketing Hub (and soon to expand to SMS): excellent functionality, constantly in development, responsive and excellent tech support.

First time using Omnisend and I can already tell how user friendly this email marketing service is. I had some questions setting up the automation and Daryna was super helpful in providing support, working through our specifications and issues were resolved quickly and efficiently.

The people are really helpful whenever I try to solve an issue. I'm not a developer so had struggled a lot setting up our store but everyone was really quick replying to my questions and all the solutions worked out!

We have loved using Omnisend for our email marketing platform. It has been very user friendly to create emails and automated emails. The support team gets back to you in a very timely manner and are very helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Omnisend is a WONDERFUL email marketing app with several tools to up your marketing game! Super easy to view analytics, create templates, and create the BEST emails for customers. They also have several useful guide videos that cover any topic you need help on. Today I needed assistance and I luckily was guided to Kristina who gave me amazing assistance. She was super kind and was very quick with responding and assisting me. I truly appreciate her help! I highly recommend this app to everyone!

I have contacted the technical service and it has been fast, Sanya has been able to give me explanatory answers with creeshots, but Omnisend still needs to make many improvements: you cannot save template blocks, you cannot distinguish "newsletter subscribers" from those who do not they are like this (to distinguish the frequency of the pop-up between one and the other)....

I've been using Omnisend for over a year now and have had no issues whatsoever, especially with the great support team including Baarath who helped with a domain key issue. The dashboard is great and automations have made tens of thousands even when left on for the past year. Very easy to use and would happily recommend to any e-commerce store.

I really enjoy this app, it is easy to use and the support team are great. They have recently updated the email builder as well, and this is great. Lots of options to make really nice emails. Live View is great too!! Highly recommend.

Unfortunately terrible customer service. Have contacted them 5 times via email and chat with no reply. We build stores for a range of clients and need support across all of our clients email accounts. DO NOT USE - Klaviyo support is a million times more helpful. Although Klaviyo may be missing a few features we wanted for our clients, support is essential for any business and Omnisend has zero.

I have been using the app for almost 2 years now. Omisend is easy to navigate and the support team is so helpful and efficient. Nikola has helped me with a few issues, and I am very impressed by the speedy replies. Definitely recommend!

We switched from Mailchimp to Omnisend about 2 years ago becuase we wanted better analytics, integration and segmentation, and design capabilities for a reasonable price. Omnisend offers all of this, at a much more reasonable price than major competitors I researched. We get a fantastic click through and open rate with Omnisend, and their customer support is great. Nikola was very helpful to me yesterday when I had queries about the new email designer, along with being super friendly and polite.

We started with the free version of Omnisend to create basic Welcome Automation, and abandoned cart messages. The service is very clear and the whole interface very user-friendly. We are planning to migrate to Omnisend for all our marketing campaigns. Especially that the support is very fast. Update after 3 months of use: The best app to boost our business and conversion. More over, they (Nikola, Diego & Kristina) are always fast to answer all our questions :)
